The host, Theresa, was easy to reach and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The house was spotless. Short walk to the beach. All beds were comfortable. We traveled with a dog & our 17-month old grand-daughter. There was plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely return to this location.

Obsessed with this vacation rental! Perfect summer getaway for our family. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk and the house was stocked with everything we needed! We can’t wait to visit again next year!

Very nice home only 2 blocks to the beach. Fast response to questions we had. My family and dogs had a nice stay! I wouldn’t recommend for an older dog that can’t climb steps. Having sheets and other supplies already there was great!

The beach house was perfect for our family and extended family with young children and two dogs. Location was a short distance to the beach. Beach tags included. Espresso bar and ice cream shop a few houses away. House was clean, plenty of amenities, beach toys, beach chairs and indoor games. AC units worked great throughout the house and one in each room. We had a wonderful time and would stay again! Thank you!

Wonderful home in Ocean City, quiet location yet easily walkable to beach, boardwalk, and even downtown. Like a hotel in that all was provided (sheets, towels, soap, even coffee!). Rooms and amenities were just as advertised.

This place is the best of 19 years in OCNJ. Parked cars and we could walk everywhere. Very clean and great communication with owners. Our family chooses to eat in thus the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We’ve booked it for next year.

Beach Time Gem

This beach property checks all the boxes for staying at the beach with family and dogs. It’s truly a wonderful house for relaxing, playing, cooking and hitting the boardwalk and beach. The thoughtful hosts have provided every amenity one might need for our stay and provided us with an A+ experience. They were very kind and prompt to respond to every query. We hope to return sometime in the future.

Family Reunion

Returning to NJ with my kids and grandkids was a blast thanks to this house and our fantastic host, Theresa. 7adults, 4 teens and a toddler had plenty of room in this well equipped home. The six beach tags, chairs and umbrellas for the beach and of course provided sheets and towels was instrumental in great beach days only 1 1/2 blocks away!

My family stayed here for my wedding, the owners left a bottle of wine and a cute message in the fridge for us. It was so very appreciated! The location is perfect, great communication with owners. Not one issue or complaint. Would recommend to friends and family.

My Blue Heaven

Overall the property was clean and the owner went over and above providing plenty of linens, towels, pillows, coffee, tea, paper products, spices and everything needed for the beach, including beach carts and umbrellas, boogie boards and lots of beach toys. The grandchildren loved the video game systems too. The only complaint my family had was the beds. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. They had very little back support.

Wonderful Vacation

This was our first time staying here and it was more than expected. We have rented in OC for over 15 years and needed a change and I am glad I came across this gem last year. Great place, five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk! Literally just need to bring yourself, your clothes and groceries. Tons of linens, toiletries, paper products and beach equipment. Owner was super and very responsive. Loved that the ice cream Shop was out our back door. Would definitely stay again 😃

Great location -- close to the beach & boardwalk, a nice coffee shop, ice cream shop, and restaurant (The Island Grill). The property has a nice front porch with gate (to keep pets from escaping) which we really enjoyed. Kitchen was well equipped. It is also a close drive away from a dog beach.
