Downtown Penthouse Condo

This property is a great location for all Durango area attractions. It is located one block off of Historic Main Avenue making it a convenient walk to restaurants, shops, galleries and the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Train.

There are two parking spots for the unit as well as an elevator to make it quick and easy to get to the 3rd floor. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, high quality appliances, bedding and a deck with a view. The deck is complete with a dining table for enjoying your morning coffee before the day starts or for a sunset dinner. If you are staying for a while, there are a full size washer and dryer in the condo available for your use as well.

The location is one of the best in town. You are about 5 minutes walking distance to the train station and Main Ave. It's only a 30 minute drive to Purgatory ski resort for winter and summer activities. Mesa Verde National Park is 45 minute drive to the west.

If you are into recreation, the condo is conveniently located above 2nd Ave Sports, a full bike and ski shop. There you can rent bikes, skis, or just get local trail information. There are also bike hooks in the hallway entrance to the condo if you are bringing your bike and want to make sure it is secure when you are not using it.

Outstanding Condo Experience. This magnificent condo in an excellent downtown location was perfect in every respect for our brief stay. The place was beautifully maintained with a great floor plan and many thoughtful appointments. The property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area looking for a quiet retreat yet close to everything in downtown Durango!

The apartment is in an excellent location just off Main Ave and as-pictured. It was a great jumping off point for outdoor adventures and walkable to food drinks and shopping afterward. The apartment has a nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, and everything was clean for our arrival. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Provided instructions made parking and check in extremely easy. Property was very clean and included everything we could possibly need. Location was great, within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and breweries (also the the train station). Easily enough space for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Overall, a very nice unit. The door to the unit was open when we arrived. I tried to contact the manager via email but it went to an error 404 code. We did have to hunt down some towels in a closet as the bathrooms were not stocked. The location is great for the train depot and to walk downtown. The rug in the living room is a tripping hazard. The cleaning fee is a bit excessive considering the instructions for starting laundry, etc. I wouldn't stay here again mostly due to value vs. cost, but if you don't mind 600 per night inclusive, you will probably be happy.

Nice Condo, Great location

The condo is as shown; clean, fairly spacious, and well appointed. Nice kitchen, dining room, and living room. The bedrooms were very quiet at night. The location could not be better, you can park your car at the condo and walk almost anywhere in old town Durango. I would definitely rent again.

This condo is in a fabulous location in the community of Durango. The location offers walkability to downtown for dining, shopping & art galleries. The train to Silverton is just 3 blocks away. We felt very safe and it offers secure parking. I would highly recommend this property. It is great for 2 couples and a small family. There are other condos in the building that offer opportunity for extended families. Very nicely decorated and well appointed.

Great location

Spotlessly clean condo located upstairs from the bicycle shop right down town Durango - walk to everything. Light, bright and airy. We enjoyed our stay. Zero communication from property manager despite a question or two - but all in all a good condo.

Close to town

Great location.Walking distance to everything downtown. If you take the Silverton/Cascade train you walk to the station. Very clean and has all the amenities in the kitchen to cook a family dinner. I wish there was a grill on the very large patio. Also, if there was lock inside the apartment to give a little more comfort. Never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.
