I had a wonderful 3-night stay in San Marco. The location was perfect—very close to the water bus, which made it so easy to get around Venice. The area was also surprisingly quiet and peaceful, while still being within easy walking distance of so many beautiful places.It was a great place to stay for exploring Venice, and I really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely stay here again!

The information that was posted on VRBO was not accurate as far as the location of the property and the accuracy of the pictures posted. The bathroom has black mold that is a health concern. The host that met us at the apartment was very thorough and helping us get checked in and responding to any questions we had.

The spacious apartment is well-equipped for 1-3 guests. It is also in a prime location close to San Marcos Square, water bus/taxi/gondola, a variety of restaurants and lots of shopping.

Great location, close to la Piazza SAN Marco, and easy access to the water busses, shopping and restaurants. The host was punctual for check-in, allowing us to check in early, as our flight arrived in the morning, and communication was great. The bathroom was tiny, and the floor was not really clean. Otherwise, the accommodation had everything we needed for our short stay.

Amazing Venezia on the steps of San Marco

Venice is unquestionably the most romantic city on earth and to have such a wonderful place to stay so close to all the main attreactions we wanted was perfect!

We enjoyed our time in Venice at this apartment. It was exactly as described in the listing, the hosts and their agent were easy to communicate with and they were very helpful. The location is very near the biggest tourist spot in Venice, so there are plenty of options for eating and shopping, etc. That said, you don’t have to wander far to escape the crowds. One thing of note, the street ends at a busy dock for the cart porters, so there is early morning noise, but it isn’t a dealbreaker. If you’re sensitive to that, bring earplugs!

SOOOOO nice place, the location is so Great. The owners very disponible and helpful so are the girls who came to meet us! Rent this appart. Only thing it is very dark inside.

Fantastic Location!!!

This apartment was perfect. So close to everything. No more than 10 minute walk to almost everything. Property manager was super helpful throughout our stay. Place was clean and had all we needed. Bed was basically a King and very comfortable. Quiet location. Loved everything about it!

The property location was exactly as described. The property condition was described accurately. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager, Alessandra, was very pleasant, easy to communicate with, and spoke good english. My wife and I would stay at this property again.

Great Stay

It was a perfect location, very accessible and clean. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Just a suggestion... Don't make the renters figure out where to dump trash... Let the cleaning service do that.

A very quaint property with most things you needed. Tucked away in a quiet alley. Very old, needs a little repairing on the front door which looks like it's broken. The price was very high we thought but perhaps that's how it is in Venice. The people we dealt with were very helpful.
