Cette belle villa 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain Beach Walk est l'une des villas les plus proches de la piscine et à quelques pas de la plage. Mis à jour avec des comptoirs en granit, toutes les nouvelles salles de bains et la nouvelle cuisine, vous ne pourriez pas demander une maison de ville plus jolie pour vos vacances. Lorsque vous entrez dans cette belle villa sur votre droite, vous découvrirez un salon avec une grande télévision à écran plat, une table de jeu et des canapés très confortables. Un canapé-lit vient compléter cette pièce. En continuant dans le couloir, vous aurez une demi-salle de bain qui vous mènera à un grand plan d'étage ouvert avec un deuxième salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine, idéal pour les réunions de famille et parfait pour une soirée cinéma! Hors du salon est une terrasse avec table et chaises pour votre plus grand plaisir.

Au deuxième étage, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec salle de bain attenante. Au bout du couloir se trouve la deuxième chambre meublée avec un lit king size, une salle de bain privée complète et la 3ème chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux avec salle de bain complète adjacente à cette chambre.

The home was nice, everything we needed and a quick walk to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants nearby! Highly recommend The Jazz Corner- reservations needed ahead of your visit. Nice green spaces to get your hike on are also nearby.

3 BR Townhouse In Shipyard Section of Hilton Head.

Well laid out and appointed townhouse. Quiet neighborhood and good location near beach access path. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Grill located right out the back door and everything you'd need is supplied in ther kitchen.

A beautiful beach house

The property features two living areas, which provided an ideal setting for a multi-generational stay. The renovated bathrooms are equipped with modern showers, seating, and ample towel hooks, addressing a common oversight that can impact guest convenience.

Third stay here- still like it

This is the third time we've stayed in this home. It is very roomy and well outfitted for our visits. Although the listing does not include this, there have always been beach chairs available for us to use at the house so there is no need to rent them.

Condo was very nice and comfortable. Pretty cool place. Kitchen stocked pretty well with utensils (except wine opener, which proved a minor challenge during a tropical storm). Lots of room for our family. Unfortunately on day two Tropical Storm (at the time) hit and we had 5 days of rain. We made the best of it and still enjoyed our trip. The size and layout of the condo helped during this, and between the seven of us we still all managed to get along (yes, even with two teen daughters and my mother-in-law). I would recommend this place to anyone. Only thing I didn’t like was when the storm was heading our way and family was nervous, the rental company reached out to us in our time of worry to remind us that no refunds would be given and please take in any patio furniture that might be blown away.

Great Place

We would stay again. The location within Shipyard was convenient. Walk to beach was about 8 minutes but along a nice path. I would only recommend a deck cleaning. We would have used the deck if we didn’t have to clean it first. Lots of debris and the deck and furniture need to be pressure washed. That’s my only critique.

Relaxing condo and location

This was our 2nd visit this year! Liked the starter packs that were provided! We’ll stocked kitchen: pans, utensils, dishes and serving pieces! Quiet area with comfortable furnishings. Only suggestion is back deck needs to be power washed!

We enjoyed our stay and found the property clean and up to date. We really enjoyed the amount of seating space in the living areas. There was plenty of room to hang out in the evening and during the rainy days.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Our party of 7 adults ranging in age from 24 to 80 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, spacious and comfortable and a convenient location to the beach and pool. The outside deck area could have used a power washing prior to arrival as it would have been more enjoyable to use this space had it been cleaned up a bit. We would definitely stay at this property again.

It was everything we hoped for! We loved the closeness of the beach and the many shaded bike trails in the community! The beach was wide and amazing! Plenty of beach chairs! We enjoyed riding our bikes there! The condo was quiet, and well laid out!

Fun Family Vacation

This property was clean and as described. Check in and check out could not have been easier. The neighborhood is nice with many biking/ running trails and the beach is about a 10 minute walk away.

Convenient Area

Great condo, walk was about 8-10 minutes to the beach; bike ride 2-3 mins or so. Perfect location, condo was very spacious for all of us. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities you would need. We had a slight issues with the AC unit the last evening but it was fixed quickly.

Checked-Out Early Due to Coronavirus Measures

We enjoyed this quirky property. The accommodations were perfect for the 3 of us but the walk to the beach was much farther than advertised and difficult to surmise on a map. Our concern is that we needed to check out early due to the advised Coronavirus Measures, but the early check-out does not seem to be registered in the VRBO records. We received an email from VRBO that our early check-out would be fully remibursed if we needed to do so, we did so, but are worried that VRBO does not have record of this. We checked out Thursday 3/19/20 and notified the property manager. Thank you.

Great stay!

Great experience overall! Agitator in washing machine didn't work and vents need cleaned. Other than that, the property was awesome! We had a great time.
