We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was well supplied with all needed beach items, kitchen cookware, and even spices and a small supply of coffee. The location on the beach was excellent. The management with quick to respond to any questions. Overall we had a great time, and hope to stay here again if we travel to Coco Beach.

Perfect View

The condo unit was perfect. Great size and everything was immaculate. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the walk to the beach was so close and easy to access. We will definitely be staying there again!

We had a fantastic week in this unit. Very happy with the unit everything was as pictured and described. The view of the beach is amazing two walls of sliders and a wrap around deck. This is one of the best beach front units we have stayed in. The owner Keith checked in with us during the week. If you are looking for a beach vacation this is the unit for you. Bill

The balcony alone was worth renting this place!

We had a great stay. The place is clean and comfortable with a stocked kitchen. The balcony was comfortable and has an amazing view…if we weren’t on the beach, we were on the balcony! It’s a great condo steps from the beach…no complaints whatsoever!

Our happy place

To see and hear the ocean from the large balcony is our happy place. Watch the sun rise, swim in the ocean and pool keeps everyone happy.

Relaxing in comfort

The condo was furnished beautifully. The beds were all very comfortable and the view was spectacular. Even had 2 recliners which made us feel right at home

I found my perfect family getaway on Cocoa Beach in the Sandcastles Complex which is "truly" directly on the Beach! Added Bonus is our Space Center that everyone should experience! It's all too perfect not to share. I find it rewarding to help other families make joyful and memorable vacations! Please note: if you stay over two weeks the condo has to be cleaned every two weeks at a discounted cost that you will pay.

Unique Direct Ocean Front 3/2. This unit could be called the “Penthouse” of the Sandcastles Complex. The south building with the southeast view has the best exposure in all of Sandcastles. I feel very fortunate to be the owner of this property and I would like to share the experience this unit has to offer, its truly a beautiful unit!
