We had a fantastic week in this unit. Very happy with the unit everything was as pictured and described. The view of the beach is amazing two walls of sliders and a wrap around deck. This is one of the best beach front units we have stayed in. The owner Keith checked in with us during the week. If you are looking for a beach vacation this is the unit for you. Bill

Perfect View

The condo unit was perfect. Great size and everything was immaculate. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the walk to the beach was so close and easy to access. We will definitely be staying there again!

The balcony alone was worth renting this place!

We had a great stay. The place is clean and comfortable with a stocked kitchen. The balcony was comfortable and has an amazing view
if we weren’t on the beach, we were on the balcony! It’s a great condo steps from the beach

Incredible Stay

The condo was amazing. Communication with Keith was easy and prompt responses.The view is incredible. Watched 2 launches and don't have to leave the deck! True to its pictures. All beach accessories, kitchen had all equipment needed. Bed was comfortable. And the sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep!Highly recommend this condo and property.

Cocoa Beach GEM

When we had to cancel St Beach dt hurricane and we were worried but then we found a Cocoa Beach GEM and it was the best thing that ever happened to find this place. We picked this area and the condo was the icing on the cake. It was perfect. Very nice and well done. We felt spoiled with the view from of ocean and all the amenities given to us. Everything was walking distance for food and drinks

Girls trip 2024

This place was awesome. Just as described. By far the nicest condo we have rented for a yearly girls trip. Perfect for a bunch of retired school mates. Highly recommended. We will be back!!!!

Beautiful views

The best thing about this condo is the wonderful porch and ocean views. The unit was well stocked and very comfortable. Internet was fast and TV set up good. We happened to be here during the Tropical Storm Debby and had no issues. Great communication which was very helpful at check in and check out. Enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing condo

We were very pleasantly surprised that this condo is exactly as advertised. It is absolutely gorgeous and was great for our family get away. The view was beautiful and the patio furniture was very comfortable. We also appreciated how quiet and clean the condo was. The comfy beds, beach supplies, and well stocked kitchen were also greatly appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful condo!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sandcastle! The condo is exactly as described and even better in better in person! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and the surfers. The pool was quite nice for a heated pool in Florida in June. The rooms were very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Our family visits different areas each year but we will definitely be back to Sandcastle and Cocoa Beach!

Beautiful oceanfront condo with everything you need to have a relaxing and safe time close to everything and far enough for quiet time. Got to see a regatta and two space launches so cool. Super secure there is a code for the elevator and for your front door.

Beautiful location and condo. My family loved it.

We had an awesome stay at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach. The place was very clean and perfect for my whole family. We are all very happy. Very beautiful condo on the 7th floor, three bedrooms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony is magnificent. The condo was just as described and had everything we could have needed! Coffee maker, pots and pans, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, body-boards, sand toys, and other misc. things. The condo is located near many restaurants and shopping areas. It has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub and plenty of parking. This was definitely what my family and I needed for the kids' spring break vacation beach getaway. Keith and Jill were so helpful and gracious. We will definitely stay here again as this was a lovely vacation. I would give it 6 stars but it only goes to 5.

It's all too perfect not to share. I find it rewarding to help other families make joyful and memorable vacations! Please note: if you stay over two weeks the condo has to be cleaned every two weeks at a discounted cost that you will pay.

Unique Direct Ocean Front 3/2. This unit could be called the “Penthouse” of the Sandcastles Complex. The south building with the southeast view has the best exposure in all of Sandcastles. I feel very fortunate to be the owner of this property and I would like to share the experience this unit has to offer, its truly a beautiful unit!
