Unité 510 - Foyer électrique Bonus Unit Platinum West!

L'unité 510 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un roi dans la chambre principale 24 ', un lit queen-size et des lits superposés dans la chambre d'amis 24', pas de canapé-lit. Nouveau écran plat de 42 po dans le salon et les écrans plats dans les deux chambres. Toutes les chambres ont été fraîchement peintes pour refléter les couleurs du golfe et de la plage accentuées par de nouvelles portes et garnitures blanches. En novembre 2011, les deux chambres ont été refaites pour inclure les nouveaux meubles de chambre et les nouveaux matelas. À quelques pas de la plage, un balcon pour voir le coucher de soleil et une vue sur Ft. Le littoral de Walton Beach. Le propriétaire a fourni une bibliothèque de plus de 100 DVD pour ses invités pendant leur séjour. L'unité est non-fumeur.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rooms were clean and comfortable Kitchen had sufficient dishware and pots and pans but no salt and pepper or oil to cook with. The pool was not heated the first couple of days and beach chairs were not available for two days due to work on the beach. Only one elevator was operating and the other broke down a couple of times. My family has stayed here before and have not had problems previously so I would stay here again

I was disappointed that there was no fireplace which was the main reason I picked this condo to begin with and walking in it was the first thing I looked for and it wasn’t there which was a huge disappointment as it was colder at the end of September and was Looking forward to turning it on.

Great stay

We had such a fantastic time. The condo was exactly as described. The grounds were beautiful and the front desk staff was professional and friendly. They even printed and scanned something for me. We will definitely be returning. The only issue we encountered was ann elevator being out of service. One (of 2) of them was down the entire time we were there. I appreciate that they were working on to try to get it back up and running. Things happen…

The only thing I would like to see change is the pool cleaned more often during the day. This time there was food wrappers floating in the pool. Broken off pieces of noodles. There was tissues in the pool. Water bottles and pop cans left by the side of the pool. And something stuck down by the drain that we weren't sure what it was but it made us get out of the pool. It seems like the round pool is dirtier during the day than the other square pool. Besides that we love staying at The Islander. It was our 4th year and we will definitely be back next year.

The unit was perfect. We loved having breakfast on the balcony. This was our 1st time to Destin and the beach is beautiful. Will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us rent your property.

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was extremely clean, such a short walk to the beach, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One downside was we were not informed the tennis courts were unavailable and the Islander did not have a relationship with the nearby condos that would allow us to play. Operating the television/cable was a little tricky. Overall this is a great place to stay and we are planning on returning.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately our tennis courts were damaged during Hurricane Sally and we are trying to get them fixed. The Condos around us let us use theirs's in the winter but during the peak season felt it was not in their best interest. We have directions at the desk for a local park with tennis courts. Great Little Vacay

Property well kept. Room also very nice, cleanliness was pretty good. I just expected more due to COVID but definitely not a deal breaker. We would highly recommend this property to others.
