Positioned on the top floor, the apartment has an open plan layout with the lounge / diner creating a lovely space for relaxation, and a well-equipped kitchen with its range of appliances and cookware provides guests with everything they'll need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Two bright and airy bedrooms mean guests can look forward to a comfortable night's sleep after days out and about exploring the coast, and a flat screen TV with DVD player provide entertainment for family evenings spent at home.

Rated as one of Europe's top blue flag beaches, Carbis Bay beach enjoys beautifully clean waters and pristine white sands so is perfectly suited to long, lazy days spent sunbathing, paddling in the shallows or building sandcastles. Water-sports equipment hire is available on the beach along with lessons and guided tours so if you're in the mood for adventure, you'll be able to take to the water with ease. Being so closely positioned to the towns of Hayle and St Ives means there's plenty to see and do in the area, with the beauty being that both can be reached either on foot or via a short train trip on the scenic St Erth line. The town's award-winning C Spa with its wonderful pool, incredible sea views and on-site facilities is open to the public, so for visitors looking to treat themselves to a touch of indulgence there's no better place for it.

An enjoyable stay in a very convenient location.

This was our second visit to this holiday let and we again enjoyed our stay in a lovely and very convenient location. We enjoyed the walks along the coastal path to St Ives.and down to Carbis Bay beach.

Came for a long weekend with the children. Perfect location. Close to beautiful beach. We drove and parked at the train station as the hill is a bit much for small children. There is a great playground across the street and two restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. 7 min drive to St. Ives. Apartment was as expected and very comfortable. Would go back.

Great property, good location and good facilities - only downside was the lack of windows and a view. Parking was a little tight but okay.

Really really clean and comfy. Great facilities, could’ve done with hand soap in the bathroom, which many places appear not to want to provide. Take your own!! Good communication from booking to arrival, easy to find key safe and then apartment. It’s in the top floor, so 3 flights of stairs to carry luggage up (not an issue for some!) would absolutely book again.

Great base for the beach and St Ives

The apartment is at the top of the building with skylight windows which provided lots of light.The interior is lovely, well laid out and has everything you need. The main bedroom has plenty of space and the double bed is really comfy too. Second bedroom has bunk beds and suitable for two smaller children or one older child/teen. Great location to walk down to Carbis Bay beach or into St Ives. We got the bus into St Ives as the bus stop is close by and not expensive for a return ticket.

The Perfect Base To Explore St Ives and Carbis Bay

The accommodation was spotless and comfortable with everything you could want from an apartment. Two nice sized bedrooms. Double bed in one and a bunk bed in the other, so perfect for families with children. The aprtment was also nicely positioned near to a Costcutter, a Pharmacy and within 5 minutes drive of a Tesco Superstore. You can walk into Carbis Bay from here (10 min walk there, 15 minutes back as the hill is steep) Overall its the perfect base to explore Cornwall and St Ives / Carbis Bay. We'll definitely use it again the next time we are in this part of the world :)
