Bungalow Rivière à Mer par Capitola Village

Capitola vit à son meilleur! Restez au cœur du village avec vue sur l'océan et le ruisseau. Profitez de marcher moins d'un pâté de maisons de la plage de Capitola, des restaurants et des boutiques. Ce charmant chalet au bord de l'eau est à quelques pas de Soquel Creek, de la "rivière" et d'une évasion de jardin privé au bord de l'eau. Entièrement meublé, le chalet offre une chambre et une salle de bain ainsi qu'un lit escamotable dans le salon. Il y a une cuisine complète, un coin repas et une terrasse. Laveuse / sécheuse sont dans le garage. Les clients peuvent garer une voiture dans le côté gauche du garage et une au centre de l'abri d'auto dans la rue derrière. Détendez-vous au bord de la «rivière» ou promenez-vous au village ou à la plage. Le restaurant Shadowbrook et de nombreux autres favoris sont à proximité. Les épiceries, les banques, etc. sont à environ 800 mètres. N'hésitez pas à demander à Janet, la gestionnaire de l'immeuble, une visite de Capitola.

Convenient central location with valuable private reserved & covered parking spot. We enjoyed seeing passersby on the path that bisects all properties along the adjacent stream-backwater near the beach. Bed was comfortable. Manager was eager to make sure we had everything we needed. This was our second stay here.

Just was good . But the place even though it’s on the river walk it is in desperate need of up dating . The owner was responsive but the water heater was turned down . Cable was not working and the roof had a leak. We were credited a nights stay for the inconvenience.

We stayed at the cottage for one week. It's a quaint cottage right on the river. You can see the beach from the back deck. The cottage was neat and very comfortable for 2 people. It is located in a great spot and it's easy to walk to everything in the Village. It comes with a parking spot which is very nice, especially in the busy summer months. Would recommend and would stay there again.

What a perfect little cottage in a prime location. We loved being able to walk to downtown and the beach, sit by the river, BBQ on the deck, relax in the historic living space and, importantly, park 2 cars in the carport! Janet was a great communicator and we had everything we needed. At one point my sister looked around and said, "how did we manage to get this place?!" We've already booked another week next year.

Loved our stays at this cozy cottage!. Fabulous location & views of the beach, & river!

We have stayed in this cottage several times! The location is unbeatable...can walk to everything, love the views of the river path, river life, Stockton Bridge and the beach! The cottage has all one would need...perfect with all and simple amenities. Good for a couple or for 3! We always look forward to returning!

Another delightful stay!

This is our 4th time staying a week in the charming cottage. It has become our all-time favorite vacation spot. The view, the village, the shops, the railroad trestle and of course dinner at Shadowbrook! The cottage is quaint, with lots of history and the deck is outfitted with wicker rocking chairs , umbrellas and a table. A great place to watch the people walking by on their way to the beach.

Wonderful stay in Capitola

Spent 9 nights in the cute cabin. Used the creek area lots and had BBQs. Can’t wait for our next trip to the area. We will be booking for sure again. Great location for shopping and restaurants plus the beach is very close. It was very busy area during the Memorial Day weekend and week following.

River Entertainment

Loved the quaint cabin on the river. There was always something happening on the river and we loved sitting our on the patio each night. The birds were so much fun to watch- herons, egrets and of course ducks and gulls.

Best Place Ever!!

We absolutely loved everything about this cottage! It's beautiful inside and out, with plenty of space to relax and chill out, either inside or out on the gorgeous riverside patio. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is super comfortable. And the village of Capitola is just steps away. What more could anyone want?

Charming perfectly located cottage.

Comfortable cottage for two. Loved covered parking, good WiFi, full kitchen & comfortable bed. Nice bathroom remodel, and handy washer/dryer. Watching holiday floats on adjacent waterway was an unexpected plus. Property manager, Janet Russel, responded quickly as we became familiar with property layout.

Another amazing stay at The River To Sea Bungalow

So glad we could return and have a nice long stay at our favorite place in Capitola, The River to Sea bungalow is amazing on many levels it’s proximity to the village, the nice Soquel Creekside setting, and the access to numerous world class surf breaks. This year, because of the COVID-19 crisis we relocated there to work remotely and it was a much needed escape and provided a beautiful reprise from The City.
