Springwood Villas offre plus de commodités que toute autre dans la région de Forest Beach. Cette spacieuse maison de ville avec 2 chambres, 2 et 1/2 salles de bain est à une courte distance de la plage et en face du célèbre centre de tennis Van Der Meer.
Vous avez la pleine utilisation de la salle d'entraînement du Players Club qui offre tout l'équipement de gymnastique dont vous auriez besoin, des cours tels que Spin, Water Aerobics, et bien plus encore. Ils ont également une piscine intérieure et un bain à remous au Player's Club pour les jours où il ne fait pas si beau dehors.
Springwood # 44 a un roi dans la chambre principale et deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis + canapé-lit.
Le propriétaire a équipé ce condo de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin en vacances. Cuisine entièrement équipée, casseroles, verres et argenterie pour cuisiner n'importe quel repas. Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, vous pouvez toujours marcher jusqu'à Island Coney ou Kenny B's à quelques pas pour le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner. En fait, il y a plusieurs restaurants, magasins et épiceries à distance de marche.
Le magnifique océan Atlantique est à environ 3-4 pâtés de maisons. Sur l'île, cette étendue de plage a le plus d'espace pour s'étaler sans être trop proche de votre voisin.

Great stay

We were there for a wedding and beach visit. The place was clean as expected, not too far from the beach. Awesome if you like a bike ride. The coupon for the beach rental equipment was a nice surprise.

The only downside was that it is a 2nd floor unit with lots of steps. Unit was clean, nicely furnished, and management company responsive with any concerns we had.

Overall it was a disappointment

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For starters, the unit was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors and stairs were not vacuumed, there was a dirty (urine & feces) pullup left on the floor partly under one of the beds in the secondary bedroom. The pullout sofa was broken so once we were able to get it open we had to leave it open the entire time. The sliding door does not lock so there is a stick that they leave to put behind the door as a lock. I understand that this is a lower priced unit so I wasn't expecting luxury but when I called to voice my concerns I was informed that since it was lower priced, you get what you pay for. I surely didn't pay for a dirty pull-up or dirty unit.The unit itself is fine...close to everything, lots of potential but it was definitely a disappointment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was good but started off slow. The rental was not ready when i arrived. We didnt get in until after 4 and we watched the cleaning ladies come in to clean and they were only in there for 30 minutes so there is noway they did a thorough cleaning. I found dirty was clothes in the shower my daughter found make up on pillow cases. We rewashed everything on the bedding. The washer/ dryer was a big plus and they were clean. The kitchen floor needed to be mopped. They left the cleaning product in the toilets with tops up waiting to be cleaned. The location was good and overall the place was ok. It was close to the beach, just a short walk down the street but instructions of where that was would have been nice so we asked around and found it. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, glasses, pots,etc. Pool area was ok but outdated and no hot tub.

The unit was a ten minute walk to the beach and in very good condition. Had very comfortable beds and was just a very relaxing vacation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo served its purpose. However, after seeing multiple roaches, I have to say it made me pretty uncomfortable that I would be taking more than sand back home. The condo is in a decent location. The pool could have used a lot of TLC. The upstairs at the condo was in better shape. There was some remodeling done to the bathrooms. The downstairs carpets could use a really deep clean. It didn’t seem like they cleaned very well from the last guests. We made it work while there, just left the luggage in the car and had to wash everything and spray the suitcases out to ensure no bugs crawled into it.
