Kihei Kai Nani est situé au coeur de South Kihei, à quelques pas de certaines des meilleures plages que Maui a à offrir. Son emplacement idéal se trouve également à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, cafés, boutiques de cadeaux touristiques et un magasin d'aliments naturels! Le complexe offre une belle piscine de 60'x30 ', des zones de barbecue, un court-métrage et des douches de plage situées à l'entrée du complexe.
L’ensemble a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© du dĂ©but Ă  la fin de l’étĂ© 2017: Plafond en plĂątre, lanai carrelĂ©, nouveau revĂȘtement de sol dans l’ensemble, douche carrelĂ©e, armoires de cuisine en bambou, comptoir de cuisine en granit, nouveaux ameublement style Ăźle / plage. Very well appointed suite with everything you would need. Also very clean. Access to Kamaole 2 beach is just a short walk away. The on-site amenities are great (pool, laundry, BBQ’s etc.) The only issue we found was that the A/C in the bedroom is fairly loud so if you need it on while you’re sleeping you might want ear plugs.

The condo was perfect. Couch pulled into a bed (sheets are in the couch storage). And pool/laundry was around the corner. 2 beach chairs and sand toys were great! Location was what we loved! We have stayed at other condos in the area and this one did not disappoint. Katrina was fabulous! Thank you!!!

Great Experience

We had a fantastic stay at Katarina’s property. The one-bedroom unit was beautifully maintained and the perfect size for my husband and me. We especially appreciated the quiet building and the great location. The property and pool area were awesome, making our stay even more enjoyable.The only small suggestion we have is for a few additional kitchen items, as we did a lot of cooking in the unit. A larger frying pan, a few more sizable bowls, and some BBQ tools would be helpful. Also, upgrading the beach chairs to Tommy Bahama-style ones would be a great touch.Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Lovely ground floor condo in Kihei across from the beach and close to amenities.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, ground-floor apartment within walking distance of a public beach and close to amenities. It was very convenient for multiple excursions that we took around the island. Also close to the airport. Would return to the location again.

Nice stay!

This condo was perfect for my time in Maui. It is right across from the beach and within walking distance to some food options and a small store where you can grab needed items. Having air conditioning is a nice bonus. I liked being on the ground level and the back lanai is private. I would recommend this spot and stay here again.

Great condo, great location, great vacation

We were delighted to spend a week in Katarina’s wonderful condo in Kihei. The Condo complex is directly across from a family friendly beach. My friend and I have old knees and we were happy to have a ramp to walk down to the beach to watch the sunset. The condo is exactly as the pictures show, a comfy living room with a TV and food bar, new appliances in the clean and well-appointed kitchen, as well as a table outside for morning coffee. The bedroom had an incredibly comfortable bed, plenty of hangers in the closet, a dresser and another TV. The bathroom was also terrific with a large shower as well as a hand-held shower head which was the great for getting the salt off after an ocean swim. The Foodland store is a short drive away, and we stocked up on breakfast and lunch food but we went out or did take out for dinner. The kitchen has a full set of dishes, pans, some spices, plastic wrap and more, but I confess, I was on vacation, so toast was the extent of my cooking. Nearby are restaurants, food trucks, bakeries, snorkel gear shops and more. Also, Katarina thoughtfully provided beach chairs, towels and a cooler, making beach time all the more fun and comfortable. We were there to snorkel and visited nearby beaches too. We saw colorful fish and turtles at Ulua, Wailea, and Maluaka Beaches, all less than 15 minutes away. It was a wonderful vacation and we strongly recommend the condo as it was the perfect place to relax at the end of sunny Maui day.

A gem in the heart of Kihei

I’ve stayed at the Kihei Kai Nani many times, but this was the first time in Katarina’s condo. We had such a wonderful time. KKN is across the street on one of Maui’s best beaches, also walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The pool was nice when we weren’t in the mood to get sandy. The condo is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Katarina stayed in contact with us from time to time and the communication was fantastic. I’m telling you having air conditioning in the BEDROOM is unheard of in a lot of Kihei condos. Definitely recommend this property and we will be booking with her again.

What a nice find! Great location with free beach literally access right across the street, walkable to shops, coffee, and places to eat, and drivable to everything. There’s no view, but who wants to spend a Hawaiian vacation indoors? There’s a lovely covered back patio for breakfast and coffee. The neighbors were lovely. The place was clean with a very well stocked kitchen. Loved the air conditioner in the bedroom. Communication with Katrina was easy and she accommodated a late check out so we could squeeze out a couple extra hours on the beach. Recommended!

Close to ocean

Very short walk to the ocean and sunsets. Nice lanai for enjoying meals outside. It was just as advertised and the host was very prompt with her answers to any texts we sent. Would highly recommend!

Home away from home

This unit was exactly as described and in a perfect location in Kihei. The unit has everything you need for a great vacation and Katarina was a pleasure to deal with. The complex has a nice pool, a beautiful beach right across the street and Katarina has provided all the essentials for a beach activity, chairs,umbrella, towels, cooler and beach toys. All thats missing is you.

Jim and Katarina - we have been blessed to call Maui our home for more than 30 years. Our 21 and 19 year-old daughters have been born and raised on the island. We are a very active family who enjoy a wide variety of sports from land to sea. We love the ocean from surfing, swimming, to tennis and playing golf. Maui is a perfect place for our family to live as the weather allows us to enjoy all these fun activities.
We purchased and completed the remodel of the Kihei Kai Nani confo in July 2017.
