Appartement lumineux et confortable, à quelques pas des musées du Vatican et de la basilique San Pietro. Juste rénové, situé au 5ème étage d'un immeuble résidentiel datant de 1800, avec ascenseur. L'appartement est très calme, il dispose de 3 chambres doubles, 2 salles de bains avec de larges douches, un espace de vie avec table, chaises et canapé, une cuisine entièrement équipée. L'appartement est situé dans la célèbre Via Candia (quartier de Prati), rue pleine de boutiques et bien desservie par le métro A (arrêts Cipro ou Ottaviano). Équipé de climatisation dans les chambres , TV et chauffage central.

This was a large 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Very roomy and clean. The location was close to the public bus stop. Very convenient for exploring Rome. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was clean and conveniently located to the Vatican and local restaurants. Communication with the host prior to the visit was great. The host coordinated services with a local driver to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the apartment which made our arrival seamless. I recommend this apartment to others visiting Rome.

The air conditioning is present but not like we would have expected. The host is fairly strict on the energy usage and monitors it during the stay. At times we had to turn the air down low just to get to a comfortable temperature and very quickly after we got a message (politely) telling us to increase the temp. There is an elevator but you have to use several steps to get to it. Otherwise, it’s a very nice VRBO with all limitations considering.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. We do not monitor our guests' electricity consumption. However, in Italy, residential properties have a maximum power capacity, and if too many high-consumption appliances are used at the same time, the electricity supply may temporarily trip. For this reason, we simply advise guests to avoid running multiple power-hungry appliances simultaneously, helping them avoid any inconvenience during their stay. Regarding the air conditioning, each bedroom is equipped with its own dedicated AC unit. The property is a tourist apartment fitted with a standard residential air conditioning system, which is designed for home use. If you were expecting a commercial-grade HVAC system like those typically found in hotels, that is not the type of system installed in the apartment. Our recommendation to keep the AC set to around 22°C is based on efficiency rather than energy consumption. Setting the temperature significantly lower does not cool the apartment more effectively; it simply puts unnecessary strain on the units without providing additional comfort. Finally, concerning the elevator, we are fortunate to have one, as elevators are quite uncommon in historic buildings. To reach it, there is only one short flight of approximately 10–15 steps before accessing the lift.

Fantastic stay

We love the apartment. It was spacious, modern and stylish with plenty of local charm, easy access to everything we need, walkable to the Vatican and into Rome on a beautiful day (or a 20 min cab ride or bus). The beds were very good, the rooms were big, and the AC was effective even in the heatwave. The check in process was quick and smooth. The manager was responsive to any questions.

A perfect flat for your Rome holiday. Easy access and wide variety of local food shopping. Good local cafes and choice of restaurants worth exploring. Conveniently linked by buses and subway to other parts of the city. Iwe highly recommend.

We were welcomed warmly by the check in person. Wonderful location and within walking distance to the Vatican and a Safe neighborhood. The sleeping accommodation were perfect for our situation. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Only negative was that we were charged extra for towels and the elevator broke after the first day so being on the 5th floor made an exhausting trek up the stairs after a long day exploring the city.

The reason why you were charged for extra towels is because there was 1 extra guest in your group, not communicated when you reserved the apartment originally. Short Rome Visit

Our two daughters, my wife and I spent two nights in the apartment. It is in a great location and very well kept apartment. Elevators were great to help get bags up and downstairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment. The Vatican is nearby as are shopping and dining options. We highly recommend Zia Rilla restaurant (about a 5 minute walk). Loved staying here!!!

Water heater kept going out so we had no hot water for multiple days. We were not allowed to relight the water heater since wind makes it go out. After walking Rome all day, a hot shower would have been nice. We notified the host at night when we were trying to shower, but their hours of operation were closed to the next morning. So we would have to wait until the next day for them to have someone come out and relight the broiler. This happened two times in our 5 days It was nice to have a washing machine and the Vatican was very close to walk to. The street the apartment is on is very busy and loud, but the windows block out a lot of the noise.

Great location and comfortable stay

This was a fantastic jumping point for all that we wanted to see in Rome. Everything felt incredibly accessible on foot: a 5 minute walk to the Vatican Museums, 15 minutes to St. Peter's Basilica, 20 minutes to historic downtown, and within 5-10 minutes of two Metro stops. The apartment is comfortable, clean, the kitchen is decently stocked, including a Nespresso coffee maker, and the hosts even provided dishwasher tablets, dish soap, as well as personal soap and shampoo/body wash for each guest. There was a market just a clock away, and plenty of amazing restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Highly recommend La Soffita Renovatio, Mama Eat, Memorial, and El Maiz!Fillipo was very communicative leading up to check in, even waiting for us when we were delayed an hour, and he provided great recommendations for our stay.This is a great, simple, comfortable, apartment for your visit.

Stay near Vatican

The apartment was very clean and comfortable - and nicely located near the Vatican. Check in was a little stressful because the hosts could not confirm a check in time in advance - and we did not have access to phone or internet during our pre-Rome travels. There were also signs in te apartment warning us that our air conditioning usage would be monitored and that we would be charged for overuse. I appreciate that air conditioning is expensive - but the signage was not welcoming, especially in 98 degree weather. Other than those two relatively minor issues, the stay was great.

We would like to clarify a couple of points: we confirmed your check in time (allowing an early check in 3 hours before standard check in time) one day before your arrival, and this is the best we can do managing over 50 properties in Rome and considering that in high season we have very busy days. With regards to the notice about AC, we simply suggest to our guests a conscious use of air conditioning for the planet wellness.

The apartment was in a great location and was accurately described. Unfortunately, we did have cold showers almost every day and the shower door in the blue bathroom did not stay closed and would open up constantly while using the shower.

The check in process was overly complicated. The communication was terrible. I received several threatening emails before check in about paying on time and providing our arrival details “or no one would be available” to check us in. Yet when we had questions and issues with the property the response time was not great. This property has a real hot water issue. At check in the agent was telling us how to go out to the balcony to reset the boiler. This first night we had zero hot water even after following the directions. The next day they sent a repairman that we had to stay with at the property to diagnose the problem. They night we had lukewarm water. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms sounded like airplanes taking off. The property is on a very busy street and there is a lot of noise at night. But other than the water my biggest complaint is that the sheets and pillow cases were either dirty or stained. Not acceptable for any property but especially not for the price we paid. The only good thing was location.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage - ein abendlicher Spaziergang zum Petersplatz ist kein Problem, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Klimanlage in den Schlafräumen war super! Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur lief reibungslos, als das Warmwasser ausfiel, war das Problem schnell behoben, obwohl es Sonntag war.
