The location is very good, quite. Good Wi-Fi. But the furniture was stained.The bed frames didn't fit room size.The pictures of the main floor were different than the actual space.

Great location close to the water bus/taxi and various places to eat. The terrace overlooking the canal was nice as well, although you do need to leave the unit and walk down one floor to the building's main level and then outside to the terrace. There were a lot of gondolas passing by which was fun to watch. The unit itself could use some attention. The bedrooms are somewhat cramped, especially the second (2 twin beds) and the associated bathroom. Also, the air conditioning for the 2nd bedroom is in the stairwell so you'll need to leave the 2nd bedroom door open at night to allow the AC in. The main bedroom has an AC unit in the room, and the family room also has a unit that worked well. Some minor issues like stains on sofa, loose shower door that didn't close fully, etc.

Great stay in Venice

Convenient location made it easy to walk to everything including sites and water bus. The outdoor space had an amazing canal view. Clean with great check in/out instructions.

Perfect location

Perfect location, very quiet. Sparse amenities (plan on bringing soap, shampoo and toilet paper), quirky appliances, and lots of rules, but overall pleasant stay.

Nice location in venuce

The flat was close to points of interest and restaurants. The terrace was amazing. We enjoyed watching the gondolas float by.

Great location down one of the narrow alleys of Venice. We watched gondolas go by from the terrace and had easy walking access to St. Mark's Square and the S. Zaccaria vaporetto stop. Would stay again.

Great location

We greatly enjoyed our days in Venice and the property was spacious and unique. The location is perfect spot to explore and eat fantastic Venetian food. The vaporetto stop is very quick spot to the location and our family of 5 with three tall sons has plenty of room. Grazie

Great Location and Space.

The directions to the property seemed a little daunting at first but if you follow the provided directions it was easy to find. The apartment was centrally located and secure. There was plenty of space for two people. It was also clean and well kept. Overall we would recommend this place and would stay there again.

Great location

Overall a lovely stay. Nice neighborhood location close to action and restaurants. Couple of things could be improved - let guests know about stairs (one flight but challenging with luggage), shared terrace was a lovely spot but 2 of the chairs were broken and unusable, bed frames are too big for space - we all left with bruises on our shins, and public space in apartment building was not clean.

Great location

This little place is very sweet, loved the square that it was close to, plenty of food choices and cute shops. One note - The apartment itself is dark inside so owner could possibly provide more lighting . Otherwise great place!

We really liked the location of the property. It was a beautiful apartment. One drawback is that all communication Was via WhatsApp or email. It would have been better to have someone meet us at check in.

Live like a Venetian

This property was perfect for two adult couples. The location is spectacular, just minutes walk to San Marco, water taxi, shopping, etc. but is on a side street, which is quiet and provides for a reprieve from bustling Venice. Several exceptional restaurants are less than 50 to 100 meters outside the front door. The apartment is well appointed with kitchen essentials and very comfortable beds. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Comfortable and great location

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and a great location for the price. Sofa sleeper was easy to use and slept well. The stairs were loud so we could not quietly use the bathroom in the middle of the night. On our last day, the shower leaked and ran through the ceiling onto the living to floor.
