Appartement privé en bas des escaliers avec entrée extérieure.

La seule entrée de ce spacieux 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain récemment rénové Apt. est de l'extérieur. Il a deux grandes fenêtres, qui fournissent beaucoup de lumière, et la température est toujours fraîche en été et agréable et chaude en hiver. La salle de bain récemment rénovée dispose d'une douche à l'italienne. La cuisine a des appareils plus récents, et est bien équipée avec four / cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur, cafetière, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, mijoteuse et même une machine à margarita sur demande. La chambre a un nouveau lit queen et il y a, croyez-le ou non, un canapé-lit très confortable avec mousse à mémoire de forme. Cheminée / chauffage électronique. WIFI gratuit et câble premium. Il y a une cour d'herbe entièrement clôturée juste à l'entrée pour vos enfants, avec un patio, un barbecue et un bain à remous. Berceau portable, chaise haute, etc. sur demande. Tous à distance de marche des restaurants et magasins du quartier. Près de Manitou Springs, du Jardin de Dieu, de Pikes Peak et du centre-ville. Interdit de fumer à l'intérieur, l'extérieur est OK s'il vous plaît soyez courtois avec les autres.

Great location!!

Great location and great price! We all loved the hot tub and our kids enjoyed the dogs! Old Colorado City nearby has many cute shops and restaurants too.

Perfect location

Great place for a couple. Has everything you need and very thoughtful with the added extras! Outside area is so cozy and welcoming. Loved relaxing in the hot tub. Very close to all the sight seeing you could possibly want .

Enjoyable stay

The place was very clean and suitable for our needs. The backyard area is great with a grill and hot tub. We would have loved to use that area but we were too busy with other things during our vacation. The owner was very friendly. I would stay here again and highly recommended it to others as well!

A pleasant retreat that is close to the fun.

This is a very nice little property. The owner was friendly and available if needed. The backyard outdoor seating was a pleasant place to relax after a day of out and about. The neighborhood is good and we were not concerned about parking our car on the street.

This was a great place to stay! The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Street parking was always available. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Ken & Mary Helen are wonderful hosts. They offered so much with the place, hot tub, grill, nice sitting area- we just didn't know have time to use them. The apartment was very clean and homey.

Peaceful healing space

Although I was working each day away from this wonderful space, it was such a pleasure to come back to it each evening. I slept peacefully, and felt safe and secure. MaryHelen went out of her way to make my stay wonderful; and it was much appreciated. I will be back...

Pleasant

It was nice to come and go without any inconvenience. The dogs were friendly and exciting to watch chase the scent of some other animal. The backyard was very inviting and enjoyable in the evening. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The only negative would be that the room temperature was slightly warm for our comfort level. The floor fans that were provided did help. Overall, we would stay here again.

5 stars for sure on location, amenities, value, communication and ease of working with Maryhelen. We really appreciated being in Old Town area. I think through August, the #3 bus just steps away on Colorado Ave in front of the 7/11 is free. An easy ride to Old Town and goes out to Manitou Springs where parking is super expensive. This was my only second VRBO. I was impressed with little things like spices, a nice big walk in closet for hanging clothes. Being that it was July, we found the fans provided a must. We ran out of time to try the hot tub but met her loving dogs.

Girls Sweet Sixteen

We got into the city approximately 30 minutes prior to check in time on Friday. Homeowner that lives on sight was doing some final touches clean up and was very welcoming. Walking into the apartment it smelled so good and spotless. Everything you need is there for you! Fully stocked kitchen! Towels and towels and towels!!! Doggies super sweet, but you do not have to engage with them if you choose not to. So happy with this place! I was worried for the price it was too good to be true. But It’s a gem as advertised!

Cute place with great location

We spent a week here at this place. Clean, convenient, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed. Perfect outdoor space for relaxing, grilling, and use of hot tub! Owners were very nice, responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again when we come back to visit. PS They have two very well behaved and sweet dogs that were also a joy.

Colorado Springs Getaway

Excellent experience. Great location, great hosts. Wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit but we weren't stationary long enough to do so. Maybe next time.
