Ce condo de vacances est situé sur la falaise sereine, surplombant la plage de San Simeon par Pico Creek. San Simeon est la porte d'entrée de Big Sur, et une base idéale si vous prévoyez de vous rendre sur la route panoramique 1, vers le sanctuaire de l'éléphant, ou visiter le célèbre château de Hearst. Seulement 5 minutes au sud de Cambria pittoresque, qui est connu pour son charme, galeries, boutiques et restaurants. Situé à l'écart de l'agitation d'une zone de front de plage plus peuplée, c'est un endroit calme, où les gens viennent se détendre et réparer. Juste à quelques pas de la plage de la porte arrière, un accès facile pour de longues promenades romantiques sur le sable. Vous êtes à quelques pas des restaurants et des boutiques de San Simeon. Perfect Getaway!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome beach condo. You can't get any closer to the water, and the view is just amazing. We loved watching the many birds, marine life, surfers, kite-boarders and the nightly beautiful sunsets from the patio/picture windows. The condo was very clean and just as pictured in the listing, though some of the furniture has been updated in the living room. This location is so quiet and peaceful, and we came home relaxed, refreshed and ready to do it again!!!

We went with another couple to celebrate two birthdays. We had such a great time and the view was perfect. The two lounge chairs do swivel ( are so comfortable)and we were able to have great conversations around the coffee table. The beds were firm and so nice to sleep in. The weather was windy but sunny and so happy I brought sweats. Overall a A. We will be back aging.

Ocean fun

We come to the coast once a year to enjoy the ocean and surrounding areas. We loved the Lighthouse and Hearst Castle. We also enjoyed wineries along the way.

Everything was wonderful! The location… the close access out your door to the beach … the weather and temperatures!! Only drawback was one bedroom… the bed frame appeared to be broken… so bed was off/leaning !We had a great family time there and the surrounding towns with the wineries!!

A peaceful getaway

All in all I had a lovely stay. It was just the peaceful break that I needed. I initially had a hard time finding it but other than that it was PERFECT. I hope to go back in the future!

Location, above the waves, quiet. We were busy exploring the area, but the best part of the day was sipping a glass of wine, watching a lone surfer, surrounded by birds diving for fish. So comfortable and clean. Only complaint is the lock on the dumpster needs oiling or replacement.We will be back next year.

Location was perfect. The ocean is right outside the patio door. House was spotless, beds we’re comfortable and location was so quiet. All we ever heard was the sounds of the waves. Highly recommend

Fantastic property, great location

What a beautiful stay right on the ocean with a private staircase down to the beach. Well maintained property. We can’t wait to come back. Be advised you’ll need to stop in Cambria on the way in to sign a contract before you can get the door code. No idea why this is necessary given the contract through Vrbo, but it isn’t too much out of the way, unless you’ve been driving all day and paperwork isn’t high on your todo list.

Lovely beachfront location

We’ve visited San Simeon many times. This was our first beachfront rental. The view was spectacular and we could hear waves at night. The condo was very clean and had everything necessary for a good stay. We worked each morning and found the internet fast. Loved the main floor walkout to watch the sunset. There is a Mexican restaurant and a few diners a short walk away. Cambria has plenty of dining and grocery shops. The best beach for families is San Simeon State Park which is calm. We hope to visit again in a month.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ideally located and property very clean, comfortably furnished. My only downside was that there were no windows or door walls that opened. Fireplace was out of order and apparently has been for quite some time according to the website...please get that fixed as it would have been nice to have during the chilly evenings.
