Ce condo OCEAN-FRONT a deux chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer une semaine à la cÎte. La vue depuis la chambre avant est incroyable. Profitez de soirées confortables au coin du feu ou détendez-vous sur votre terrasse privée surplombant la plage de sable en contrebas. Le bruit des vagues et de longues promenades sur la plage attendent votre arrivée dans la belle San Simeon. Visitez Hearst Castle ou admirez la vue sur la cÎte de Big Sur, c'est la base idéale pour explorer la cÎte centrale.


Cette maison ne peut ĂȘtre louĂ©e qu'une seule fois par mois, alors VEUILLEZ NOTER qu'il y a 1 SEMAINE MINIMUM en basse saison et 2 SEMAINES MINIMUM en haute saison !! Cette maison n'est pas allergique aux animaux.

No shampoos and conditioners

The property is in a good condition but there were no shampoos and conditioners so we had to get them in near by minimart. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great location

Loved the views, sound of the ocean, location and convenience. It was very comfortable and nice furnishings. They need a new sliding door to the patio (very hard to open) and there were mice scratching in the front bedroom at night😳. The toilet was was not secure to the floor in the front bathroom. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The only downside of the visit was that the wind prevented us from using the deck. But the views from the large windows made up for the deck.

Tranquil Little Retreat

This house was a perfect little getaway. It's close enough to Cambria to go into town and get groceries, but far enough that you aren't running in the the crowd of people at Moonstone Beach. The elephant seals are a short drive away, along with Hearst Castle. I sat and watched and listened to the waves of the ocean. I would definitely rent this place again. One thing to note is that the key that opens the building to the hallway with 4 units is the same key that opens the actual unit. Not really sure why that is??

Excellent location for long walks and enjoying a book on the deck. The beach is not very easy to walk down to so I you have it mostly to yourself . Would recommend for adults it isn’t super child friendly as it’s a bit of a climb down to the beach.

Excellent beautiful location

Excellent stay in San Simeon. The condo is right on the water. You can hear the waves crashing at night. The place was very clean and plenty of room for 3 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The only complaints we have is having to use a key and a front door that auto locks and not having a code to unlock the door. We locked ourselves out one time. Also we arrived at night and trying to figure out how to get through the doors/garage to the actual unit was confusing. And lastly, the lighting in the common area is terrible. We would love to come back, but as funny as it sounds, I’d bring a lamp or two. Despite the minor critiques, we would love to stay here again.
