Thank you, Tom, for staying with us at Sanders Beach Rentals. We strive to make sure each guest has the best possible experience during their stay. We hate to hear that you were not satisfied with the home. 142 Mystic Cobalt is an adorable three bedroom cottage home and has many wonderful amenities such as a six-seater golf cart, 4 adult bikes and is only a five minute walk to the beach. The home is advertised as you see in the photos, however, there are photos of the fireplace on our website and we do sincerely apologize the fireplace was not functional for your stay. We do not have it listed under the guest amenities. We are pleased to report we are working digitally to get it fixed. An improperly cleaned home is not up to our standards of customer service and we will always be happy to make it right! We are happy to hear that our staff was able to quickly help on any issues. We pride ourselves on customer service and would love the opportunity to host you again. We hope that you would reconsider the return to one of our homes at Sanders Beach Rentals!

Thank you for your 4-star review! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review! It is such a beautiful home and great location! Wonderful news, the owners, have purchased a new king mattress for the master bedroom. We are so pleased to hear you still had a wonderful stay. We pride ourselves on customer service and would love the opportunity to host you again. Thanks again for your feedback as it only makes us better.

Thank you so much for your feedback of the home! We strive to make sure each guest has the best possible experience during their stay. Per the listing of the home, it includes two kings and one queen bed. We are so sorry it did not work for your group. The home is not equipped for a stereo system, but we will be happy to mention this to the owner to add for an extra amenity. Due to sanitation purposes, we do not keep any spices in the home. We are sorry for the inconvenience of the golf cart. After reviewing our records, we do not see that it was reported. We strongly suggest if there are any issues during your stay to please notify our team so we can quickly address any concerns. However, we did get it serviced after your stay, and we are happy to report the brakes were repaired. Hope to have you and your family back down on 30-A with us soon.
