Nouvelle construction, cÎté ouest de la maison jumelle de Harris Harbour, Beach Haven Park, Long Beach Island. 5 chambres, 3 1/2 salles de bains, cuisine ouverte sur le salon et la salle à manger, balcon de la salle à manger avec ensemble de patio, grand hall, suite parentale avec balcon, salle de bains privative, grande douche carrelée, coin salon. mini master avec salle de bains attenante, grande douche en mosaïque au 1er étage / salon / chambre à coucher. grande terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur l'océan et la baie, superbes couchers de soleil. Bay est sur le pont arriÚre avec 80 'cloison. Superbes vues sur la baie depuis l'intérieur de la maison. This house is beautifully kept, exceptionally equipped and fun for all ages! We enjoyed the game room, the large kitchen table and the fire pit. Our family ranged in ages 10 months to 87 years and we were all comfortable. We look forward to coming again!

A perfect escape


John and Diane were the absolutely the best hosts. The house is absolutely beautiful. We loved that the kitchen had everything we needed. The firepit was perfect for our warmest evening. Plenty of beds for everyone and a close walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Long weekend family get away

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home!!My husband and I had our 3 adult children for a few extra days after Christmas. We decided to spend it on LBI. We spent hours playing pool, foosball, board games and had dinner with. local friends. The house also had plenty of room for individual quiet time. It was just what we needed to decompress from the busyness of the holidays. John and Dianne were fabulous hosts and very responsive. House was very clean and had everything we needed. We hope to return for a future stay!

beautiful lagoonfront property

We stayed two nights for a family wedding in early Fall. We didn't spend much time at the property aside from sleeping. Our grandsons did enjoy the game room! Wish we had had more time to enjoy the outside area with the fire pit and take in the views. The property owner was great and responsive to our emails. Would recommend this condo.

Wedding weekend

Stayed after my son’s wedding on LBI. Beautiful spot on bay. Rooftop view is spectacular. Short walk to beach. Clean, comfy. Family stopped in for visits and there was plenty of room.

Docking on the bay

This is a perfect place to stay. Might even try to take for a week in the summer. Clean, spacious and so many different areas to hang with the family. Beautiful to sit on dock anytime of day. Lower level fun entertainment area. Owner is very accommodating and available. Highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

Home away from home is the best way to describe John & Dianne’s home. From the day of our arrival until the last moments of being in Long Beach Island, I felt at home. Their home is impeccable - super clean, well maintained, super stocked with everything you would need in your own home down to the linens. They were always readily available in the event we needed something during our stay. The view this home has is amazing! While it’s on the bay side of LBI, it has a roof top deck that provides amazing views of both the ocean and the bay - perfect for sunrises and sunsets. It’s also just a short walk to the shore. There’s also an awesome back yard consisting of a gas fire pit and a dock that leads out to the inlet. Beautifully kept and a warm welcoming, I hands down would love to book another stay here. John & Dianne are excellent hosts! Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend

This was a beautiful home in a terrific location with everything provided exactly as listed on VRBO. Very clean, comfortable, and many amenities provided. John, our host, was extremely accommodating and addressed any needs that we had during our stay. Would highly recommend and return again & again!

Happy Thanksgiving

My family and I were looking for a Thanksgiving getaway. This property was perfect! The location was amazing with beautiful views of the bay. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. We felt right at home. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made checking in and out simple. I highly recommend this property!

Great vacation house!

We love this house and all the amenities. It was so nice being waterfront. We love the fire pit area, the rooftop, taking the kayaks out, the pool table, and the great big kitchen for cooking and enjoying family meals. Plenty of chairs and sand toys too for a short walk to the beach. Great location for lots of restaurants too.

Awesome house and location

Stayed for 1 night with some friends and everything was exactly as pictured if not better. The owners were very accommodating and the house was beautiful and clean. The property is more gorgeous than the pictures can capture.

Wedding Weekend

The property was perfect for our stay for our niece's wedding. The only issue was that we were too busy to enjoy the property as much as we intended. The house was clean, well equipped and had plenty of room for our small party. The view from the rooftop as fantastic and we will definitely consider the property for future visits to LBI.

The absolute best experience !

We cannot say enough good things about our expeirence. The owners were execellant and even allowed us a little tour of the place prior to staying. We got married in LBI in October and rented the house to stay in with some of our bridal party. We also used to it to get ready the day of the wedding and took some beautiful pictures out by the bay. We will always remember our stay here and how comfortable and perfect everything was - we already talked about coming back to stay in it for our 5 year anniversary. It had everything you could have needed and the basement with the pool table and bar was the perfect entertainment spot especially on the night of our rehersal when it was raining outside. Owners are great! Place is great! Price was amazing!! Would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Wedding Weekend

We couldn't have been happier with our home during my daughters wedding weekend. The hosts John and Dianne are wonderful people. Great location right on the water with the most beautiful sunsets from the roof top deck. The home was absolutely perfect!!
