Cette maison dispose d'un état de l'art du gaz naturel poêle / cheminée, nouvelles fenêtres, de nouveaux appareils, comptoir de granite, lustres en cristal, des meubles anciens et l'art.

La maison se trouve sur une parcelle de 20 acres qui soutient jusqu'à falaises spectaculaires et offre une vue imprenable sur le très convoité, Animas River Valley. Profitez de la, un court de tennis privé couvert et vous détendre dans le bain à remous de luxe après une longue journée à explorer cette magnifique région. Montez sur votre vélo ou du jogging sur la route de campagne qui serpente à travers cette vallée pittoresque de la rivière. Votre animal de compagnie vont adorer le grand pâturage à jouer dans!

Such a comfortable house with a huge yard! Spent some afternoons lying on a blanket in the yard watching the wild turkeys. It was super quick to get into town. You can hear the train whistle from the house. Will return!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway in Durango!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse in Durango! The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the peaceful setting—beautiful views, quiet mornings, and plenty of space to unwind. The location was perfect for exploring the area, including the Durango & Silverton train ride and nearby hiking trails. Our hosts were kind and responsive. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with a touch of charm!

A lovely, peaceful place to stay

The farmhouse is a lovely, quaint property located below the Hermosa cliffs in the Animas river valley. We were very comfortable and had a lovely time. The owner/hostess was very helpful and nice and we intend on returning here in the future.

Best Part of Our Visit

Very nice home. We loved having the fireplace in the living room for a couple of rainy days and chilly evenings. The location was perfect for viewing deer, turkeys and the occasional fox.

Wonderful farmhouse!

A perfect place to stay and explore the Durango area! Wonderful farmhouse close to downtown Durango that can be used as a home base to see Mesa Verde and all the other places to visit in the area. We loved hearing the Durango/Silverton train whistle echo across the property and the wild turkeys that came though most mornings. Magical place!

“A charming Victorian farmhouse” it is, and wonderfully so.

The farmhouse is all we hoped for, and the setting is beautiful in the most Southwesternly way possible, looking out on the Animas River Valley with its Colorado-red cliffs and open-to-the-universe skies. The host is near enough to be honestly attentive to all we needed.

Very nice property and very well equipped. Owner has made sure you have everything you need for your stay and is very accommodating. Lovely quiet area. We had a visit from about 10 very large deer one morning in front yard...exciting!

Durango Week

Great place. Very old farmhouse in great condition and modernized where appropriate without taking away from the original aesthetics. The yard is spectacular. Short distance from town. Nice hot tub right outside the door. King sized bed was very comfortable.
