The property was perfect four our annual boating trip to the Sacramento Delta. We have stayed in a dozen or so different locations - from cabins at campgrounds, marina resorts, other single family rentals with private docks. This was one of our favorite places to stay over the past 15 years. The pool, large private backyard, beautiful views from the kitchen & living area, and closeness to fast water were the best features. The home is very comfortable and tastefully decorated / furnished where it feels like your own home. The beds, indoor and outdoors furniture were comfortable, and kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for cooking and having large family dinners. The host, Eric, was communicative, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. One of our favorite memories was taking out the kayaks and canoe over to the "LOCALS ONLY" island sand bar right out from the backyard dock during low tide and relaxing in the shallow water. We would definitely come back again. Thanks Eric!

Nice location. The pool was essential. However, the property listed there was a common room with 4 twins beds. This was very misleading we arrived and there were only four fold up cushion beds. We ended up having adults sleeping on the floor with pads and I had two adult men sleeping in one queen bed to accommodate our party of eight. I also asked ahead of time if there was power on the dock they never replied to this message and when I arrived, there was no power on the dock and I had to go out and buy extension cords and run it from the house all the way down to the dock.

The home was full of light, spacious, had beautiful views, and met all our needs. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was well stocked.the washer and dryer worked great as did the AC. Bring your own beach towels and pool floaties. The house is bigger than it looks in photos and the property is beautiful -it’s giving Hawaii. Between the pool, the large hot tub, and the delta, the kids were busy but we had lawn to set up for badminton , volleyball, horseshoes .The deck was huge with plenty of patio furniture. The pool cleaner had the gardeners came and did their job mid week so we got a refresh while we there. We just had the very best time and the owner and property manager were so accommodating and responsive. We made many happy memories!

Best spot in Disco Bay

This was our second stay at this house. The owner is a breeze to work with. The house is located in the best location Discovery Bay has to offer. Makes for a great vacation with a family and water toys.

Loved this place!

Beautiful home with great views, very clean, owners were very accommodating, helpful with anytime we needed. Home had everything we needed for all ages. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Discovery bay!

Discovery Point

The house location is great, boat access to the Delta doesn't get much better. The grandkids had a blast fishing swimming and just hanging out outside.
