Newport Beach Cottage étapes du sable de l'océan et de la baie

Charmante maison de plain-pied Newport Beach dispose de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain, salon confortable et une cuisine rénovée avec salle à manger. La cuisine est entièrement équipée comprenant un lave-linge et sèche-linge. Le décor est apaisant et relaxant dans les tons bleus avec des meubles et planchers de bois franc blanchies à la chaux. L'espace extérieur comprend une table avec parasol, 5 chaises et un barbecue à gaz. Littéralement pas du sable de cette propriété est située dans le quartier le plus prisé sur la péninsule de Balboa entre les piliers Balboa et Newport. Juste une maison loin de l'océan et une courte promenade à travers la rue de la baie. Selon la période de l'année, vous pouvez entendre le bruit des vagues sur le sable la nuit. Newport a quelque chose pour tous les âges, que vous veniez pour vous détendre ou de prendre dans toutes les activités qu'elle a à offrir.


Notre emplacement de Newport beach offre tout cela!: Plages familiales amicales avec des miles de sable et de la mer pour nager, prendre le soleil, le surf, volley-ball, la construction de châteaux de sable et regarder les gens. La promenade est agréable pour faire du vélo, patin à roues alignées ou à pied. Découvrez crabes, coquillages et autres formes de vie de la mer à proximité des jetées. Dans la soirée, profitez d'un crépitement du feu dans les anneaux de feu désignés sur la plage tandis que la torréfaction vos friandises préférées et partager des histoires. Cute little place to stay. Nicely decorated and perfect for our 4 family members. Easy check in and Wi-Fi worked great. We liked being close to the beach on one side and Marina on the other. Parking was not bad, we always found a spot close to us. Will love to stay again!

Loved our stay in this comfy, clean, cute cottage that is right near the beach. This place had all that we needed and was walking distance to food, shops and the water...bay or beach. It was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental.

This house was in the best location!! The house is fantastic and has every amenity you need for the beach. Washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, all of the beach supplies you need for the best day at the beach. We needed nothing!! Have never stayed at a place where the host has been so thoughtful and generous. Terry was thoughtful, kind and incredibly understanding. The house is clean, cost and our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The walk to the beach is around the corner, on a quiet road. We were safe the whole time. Perfect place for anyone. We were there with our kids but it would be great for all ages. It has a darling patio on the front porch with a bbq grill and table and chairs the host allows you to use.

Incredible location!

We have two younger children (3 & 5), and being so close to the beach on the ocean side, the bay side beach, and the incredible playground right on the bay was perfect! There's a small market right around the corner for essentials and so many walkable restaurants.

Adorable, super clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. We parked our car once and walked all over. There is plenty to do around the area with the bay across the street and the beach behind the house. The cottage was very clean and supplied you with everything you need for the beach. No neighbors above you as it is a one story home. We will be back!

This was our second time staying at this property and the location is just SOOO GOOD. Steps from the bay and the beach. Not too close to the pier so there arent as many people which is nice. Has everything you need for a great vacation. Plan to stay again many times.

Great location

We just stayed 3 nights and it was lovely. The beds were comfortable and it is as advertised. Cozy but everything you need and imo much better than a hotel for that price! Half block to the beach and the Newport area is great for walking and my kids even went in the freezing ocean! Easy to find parking and communication with Terry was also a breeze.

Location, Location, Location!

We really enjoyed staying at this adorable beach house! It was perfect for my husband, my 12-year-old daughter and me. Street parking was not difficult to find, and being able to walk out the front door and be on the sand after a one block walk was fantastic. The beach there is beautiful and huge. We also enjoyed the dining recommendations from Terry.

Charming Beach House

We had a wonderful stay. The house is just around the corner from the beach. Very conveniently located to everything. The house has all the amentities you need. It's nice to sit out on the patio in the evening to look across the street at the bay. It's very safe and great neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Almost Paradise

Great location and perfect for 4 people. Home could use some upgrades and some TLC. It has everything you need in the kitchen but bathroom was sparse (towels). No reserved parking but that wasn’t too much of a problem. Furnishings were very dated and worn.
