Great achievement for this two bedrooms two bathrooms apartment with air conditioning in a nice building of the Marais on the third floor without lift. The apartment is as follows:







  • Living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a HDTV, DVD, Ipod station, a wireless internet connection. Coffee table, rug, buffet, elegant décor. Window on street.


  • Modern kitchen open to the living room with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything necessary for cooking and eating. Several storage.


  • Master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, bedside and dressing. Window on street.


  • Bathroom, connected to the master bedroom with walk-in shower, sink and hair dryer. WC.


  • Bedroom # 2 with a bed of 160 x 200 cm, dressing. Window on street.


  • A second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet


  • A laundry room with washer, dryer and storage.






The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Safe.





 





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Great place to stay!

Loved this place. Ideal apt for a family of four visiting during the holidays. We stayed for 9 nights and loved it. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by and two supermarkets as well. Great secure location with friendly neighbors.

Great location

The neighbourhood was vibrant and fun! The apartment itself was OK, nothing special. There was work being done on the brick facade, using a very noxious solvent that permeated the apartment; I think future clients should ask if those renovations are done.

Family trip to Paris

Fantastic place. Great neighborhood in the 3rd Arrondissement (something to consider when booking…you can find cheaper places but can be further out from the center of the city). Rue Charlot has great restaurants, patisserie’s and boutique shops. Great area for walking around. Clean. Safe. Thomas (our contract) was super accessible, friendly and spoke English which made it easier to ask questions. He met us at the apartment's when we arrived and took us through how to use the access codes for the doors, where to put the trash, how to use the heaters, stove. He even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in the Marais

the apartment in the Marais was comfortable and the agent, Romain, was very accommodating. However, as seasoned travelers, we were disappointed that the actual description of "on the third floor without lift." The stairs were quite daunting. Simple amenities for this location were sadly not included- soap in the bathroom, a shelf in each shower to place a razor, paper towels, adequate lighting. In addition, there were light bulbs out and not replaced when the cleaning was done. One outlet in the bathroom had come away from the wall and was dangerous. The other shower has mold growing. To be fair, when we notified the management of the issues, they sent a crew out to repair the next morning. But they did not bring light bulbs. As owners of a short term rental, we understand what guests like to see in a stay. Shampoo, soap, tissues, paper towels, lighting, shelf in shower- all would have been nice to see. On the plus side- the management is responsive and available. The neighborhood is perfect for a visit to Paris. The beds were comfortable and having the washer/dryer is quite convenient. Was it worth the costs? I'd say probably not but we still had a nice short stay.

Bien situé et de bon goût

Situé près de la rue Bretagne, à proximité de tous les services et de 2 stations de métro, cet appartement moderne nous a vraiment plu. Les propriétaires nous ont accommodés à notre arrivée, ce qui a été très apprécié.

Das perfekte Apartment für ein Besuch von Paris

Tolles, großzügiges Apartment mit perfekter Lage nahe zum Zentrum. Trotz lebhafter Umgebung mit allem was man braucht (Supermarkt, Cafés, Apotheke etc.) in der Nähe, absolut ruhig in der Nacht. Super, freundlicher und zuverlässiger Service vom Apartment-Vermieter. Also einfach alles TOP!

Perfect location

We really loved our stay at this property. First, Duy couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The apartment looks exactly what is posted on VRBO. The location is close to many shops and restaurants. Please stop by Boulangerie Onfroy… the woman working there is kind and has amazing baguettes and pastries!!! I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be back!

Een heel fijn appartement, mooi en schoon. Alles functioneerde, jammer dat er echt helemaal geen zeep voor handen is ( hadden we moeten kopen ) om de kleine afwasjes te kunnen doen…. Enige nadeel van een groot voordeel: je zit middenin het centrum, maar dat betekent ook veel lawaai ‘s nachts. Wel goede dikke ramen! Een onvergetelijk weekend gehad met mijn studievrienden van vroeger!

We loved being in the center of Le Marais in this traditional Parisian building. Unfortunately, once inside the flat, there is not a lot of care taken to create a comfortable or hospitable stay. We were three adults and the flat was tight for us. The building staircase, (a three floor walk up with no elevator) is under construction. Inside the apartment, there are no basic needs: you must bring your own soap - but don't expect a soap dish nor toilet paper holder as neither exist. The electrical plugs spark each time they are used and the cover plates fall off. The linens are thin and pillows are like rocks. But the most difficult part of our stay happened on Day 3: after walking up the three flights at the end of a long day of walking and shopping, we were locked out of the apartment for 6 hours, as the door lock stopped functioning. The managers did not respond quickly, nor with a plan, whihc caused us to loose our dinner reservations as we could not shower nor change. We were exhausted, frustrated and concerned about the safety of our belongings. As the main apartment door (there are two doors required for entrance) was never fixed and we were required to keep the door wide open the last two days of our stay. As a gesture, the management entered the apartment the next day to leave bottle of champagne, which, also put us in a situation of concern for our belongings. Finally, and most importantly: the management showed little interest during check-in, was hard to reach during the front door crisis, and did not seem to care about making things easy for the guests. Paris was hard to spoil, we loved our time there, but would not return to this flat nor any run by this management team.

Perfect for couples and small groups!

A lovely place exactly in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in! Easy check-in and communication throughout the process. We made friends with the bartenders at Red Door down the street - highly recommend! The stairs are a bit tough at first but you get used to them :)

Clean & Modern Apt in Le Marais

Had a great stay at this apartment with my daughter in Paris for the week. When we arrived, we found the big blue doors of the apartment to meet the host. The apartment is very secure with 2 codes and 2 keys to get in, but make sure you have the host show you how to unlock the apartment door before they go because there is a special trick to unlocking it. The apartment is on the third floor of the building with a gorgeous set of spiral stairs. We had no problem climbing these with our carry on luggage, but it was about 65 stairs. It was great for us to have separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms. Both bathrooms were the same size and the shower was super clean, had great water pressure, and a hairdryer. We didn’t use the full kitchen, but appreciated it was there as well as us using the refrigerator. We wish the construction wasn’t happening right outside our windows, but we loved the apartment. Wifi was great for the whole trip!

Perfect location!!

First time staying in a VRBO in Paris and very happy with this cozy apartment. Just a short walk to restaurants and metro. Shopped in the local markets and felt very welcome.
