Nous sommes situés à un pâté de maisons des restaurants, du café Red Kettle, des magasins et de la plage. Notre studio est meublé avec un lit queen, un lit gigogne, salle de bain complète, terrasse avec vue, TV et parking hors rue.

Great, clean property with prompt responses from hosts. We stayed here because it was close to Carp and found Summerland to be a super cool town with a great bookstore and nice beach.

Perfect little place for a weekday getaway. Just one block from cute little shops & 10 min drive to downtown Santa Barbara. My dogs loved the easy access to the beach. D’Arcy was super friendly & very accommodating! Would definitely stay there again!

This was our first trip to the area, and we were traveling with a dog. We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend to avoid fireworks. This place was amazing from the location, communication with host, available parking, the clean room, and even refreshments in the room. This place is definitely a nice place to stay. It was located between Santa Barbara and Carpeteria, which a perfect location to visit both cities, but quite at night. We would stay her again the next time we are in the area.

Property is very clean and great for our small dog (plenty of floor space for bigger dog as well), love the beach decor, deck, and parking spot is GREAT! Plenty of coffee and fridge comes in handy. Main bed is very comfy. It's like a studio so even though I stayed with my college aged kids (hubby couldn't make it this trip), I think this place is great value for a couple with young kids.

Perfect CA beach stay

What’s wonderful place for a couple or a family. We travels with our two adult children for a wedding and this was perfect. If you are traveling with little ones, it will be even better. Why pay for the cost of an overpriced hotel when you can stay here.

Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!

We are Mark and D'Arcy Cornwall. We have one dog, Casper. We both graduated from UCSB and went to law school in Santa Barbara. We are retired now and love to travel in our RV when not in Summerland. We decided to rent out our guest house as a vacation rental so we could share the joy of this special place with special people. We hope you love Summerland as much as we do.
