Mise à jour du condo Ocean Walk

Real Escapes Properties est heureux d'offrir ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bains dans la communauté Ocean Walk. Ocean Walk est une communauté de 16 acres magnifiquement aménagée avec des chênes centenaires et un étang. Les installations sur place comprennent deux piscines (dont une chauffée), un terrain de sport, des courts de tennis, une aire de jeux pour enfants et un club-house avec accès à Internet.

Deux chambres confortables avec deux salles de bain complètes. Grand salon avec télévision à écran plat. Il y a un patio hors du salon. La cuisine a eu de belles mises à jour avec un nouveau revêtement de sol. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit King, la chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Tant de choses à faire, pêcher dans le lac ou nourrir les canards. Jouez au basket-ball, au swing ou faites du bon travail dans la salle de sport qui surplombe le lac. Ocean Walk est une courte promenade de la jetée où la pêche au crabe est toujours amusant. Construisez des châteaux de sable ou des cerfs-volants à la plage. Vous pouvez faire du vélo sur toute l'île. Venez rester avec nous et tomber amoureux de St. Simons et Ocean Walk. 0. 9 miles au village, plage et jetée.

Perfect condo!

Wonderfully kept quiet condo, perfect location with great amenities. Decor was great, kitchen, and linens were well stocked for all of our needs all the appliance were in perfect working order! Had an umbrella and a cooler to use which was very helpful! .Great view of the pond and water feature, great location to the pools and clubhouse . The only complaint were the mattresses were not that comfortable and very squeaky.

The property was outdated & not nearly as nice as other places we’ve stayed in the area for similar cost. The TV’s are hard to figure out (teenagers were unable to figure the tv out in the 2nd bedroom). The vent in the main bathroom barely works, causing mold in the bathroom & on the ceiling of the 2nd bedroom across the hall. I don’t recommend this rental.

Great location

Needs some updates. The sliding door was hard to open. Track is worn out. Outside plug does not work. Needed outside hose to rinse off sand on chairs and sand shoes before entering the condo. Like I said the location was great and the grounds were nice.
