Solo Vacation

Highly recommend this property. Everything about it was great! Excellent location, pool, beach, not crowded, walking path perfect for morning and evening strolls. I would definitely come back!

Perfect little condo

Spent the week with friends enjoying the beach. The condo is part of a cute little hotel called South Beach. It's right on the water and near a fun bar on the sand down the strand. 10/10 would stay again.

South Beach Condo

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The property was nicely landscaped and probably the best on the walkway. The location was great and the construction of the building next door was not really a noise issue with the condo.

South Beach stay

Really great location. Very nice property. Super helpful staff. Bed was creaky and mattress not very firm. Dust bunnies under couch and chairs. Will be back!

Great place to stay on the beach!

This is a great condo. We enjoyed the location. It's a short walk to the beach, but you are on the beach! Boardwalk area behind condo is great. We walked to restaurants. The only improvements I would make would be to upgrade the mattress on the bed and purchase one new chair on the living room. Both of these items are worn out! Otherwise it was fantastic. It was great to have beach towels, bath towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, beach chairs and umbrella. It was very clean too! Would definitely return!

Clean but old and thermostat broken for first 2 nights

We had bad luck because the weather was cold all 3 days of our stay. The thermostat was broken so we could not turn the heat on. I sent a message via VRBO about the heat as instructed but my message was not checked until the next day so we had 2 nights of sleeping in the cold. The owner was kind enough to give us a partial refund due to lack of heat. We checked in after hours and got our key card in a lock box. The next night our key card was terminated so we could not get in our room because they wanted us to check in at the front desk like a hotel guest even though we rented via VRBO, but we had already prepaid and they had our credit card on file with VRBO. The front desk was closed so we called emergency number. He was great and worked quickly to get us a card so we were only locked out for about 20 minutes. The condo is old and needs redone although it is clean and it is in a great location.

Great option for a beach getaway!

Beautiful view from the balcony, and not noisy, even during a Spring Break weekend! One suggestion: the blinds in the bedroom are missing one piece and there are only sheer curtains on that window. For better privacy, I would recommend replacing that one missing piece because the window is directly on the walkway outside the condo where people walk to the elevator.
