Perfect location

Great location and very friendly staff. Definitely in the middle if you want to go to St Pete’s or Clearwater. Also perfect to walk down and just enjoy the beach without the crowds. Spent several evenings watching the sunset on our beach and enjoying the peace and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Great gulf view location

Condo was very comfortable with a great view! Loved the walking path on beach side! Front office staff very friendly and grounds are beautifully landscaped! Owner communications are very prompt! Will definitely stay again this was are 2nd stay at this property!

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay! The building & unit are very well maintained and cared for. There were beach towels in the unit plus all the kitchen basics for cooking dinner in. The bed was comfortable. The beach front balcony was the perfect place to start and end our day. We had one minor maintained issue which was attended to very promptly. We will gladly stay here again!

We had an amazing time. This condo was absolutely beautiful,clean and had every single thing you could think of. Everything was walking distance. The sunsets were gorgeous and the pool was immaculate. Everyone was very friendly here too. We felt at home and can't wait to come back. We loved it so much we even added on an extra day which they accommodated happily

Great beach location

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Maintenance was out every morning tidying up and making sure everything was in order around the pool area. Neat and clean grounds. Our unit was great. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We felt right at home here. Walked every morning and felt completely safe and comfortable. From our unit, surprisingly, you could barely hear the construction next door. We expected so much more noise and dust. Wasn’t bad at all and what noise we could hear when out on our deck, became white noise. Thanks for the great stay!

Good spot for a condo vacation stay

The unit was exactly as pictured, adequate, not spacious. The front desk help was very good and kind. Although this property is on the beach, it’s a healthy walk to the beach! Nice paver walkway behind the property to walk up and down Gulf Blvd to keep you away from the street and looking at the gulf. Great sunsets! Kitchen has minimum basic necessities, did t have scissors, for example. If I wanted to cook, I’d have to buy EVERYTHING, even salt, pepper, etc. unit is dated and needs some refresh, couch is saggy, Cabinets peeling, etc. Overall, a nice place to stay- just on a very busy road!!
