Relaxing and beautiful

The views from the balcony are stunning and the beach is just steps away. We particularly enjoyed cooking at the outdoor BBQ facilities and splashing around in the pool after a day at the beach.

A gem

Treasure Island is a great get away. The four of us friends enjoyed waking up to a walk on the beach and enjoying the greater St Pete area.

Has potential

The location of this property is wonderful. The balcony views cannot be beat. But the property is in need of a deep cleaning, there were stains in the master bathroom shower and sink, the shower drain was clogged and drained very slowly. There was left over food on the silverware. The towel bar in the guest bathroom falls off the wall. It is a shame because the property has potential but it really does need a deep cleaning.

Great spot right on the beach

Loved the area. The place was in great condition, though we did notice a couple of the outlets didn't work and the kitchen could have used a few more items to make it easier for our family to cook/clean (ex: a sponge or scrub brush and a large bowl (for salads or anything like this) could have been helpful. overall, a great spot for our family and the fact the condo was on the corner of the building really let more light into the property and gave us great views of the sunset! highly recommend.

Very Nice Condo

This is a nice condo which is located right on the beach at Treasure Island. Everything was as advertised in the listing. While this is a condo the unit looks to be run more like a hotel, with everything being cleaned out at the end of each stay. You will need to bring salt, pepper, napkins, etc. The view from the balcony is great.

Expected much more for the money

Dated furniture inside and out. Pool pump alarm sounded continuously throughout our stay even after I notified management, was so loud I could sit on balcony.

location to beautiful beach was great. The view of the ocean was good. Parking lot to the right was public and very noisy along with the cigarette smell from the windows. large bedroom was nice however small bedroom was EXTREMELY small! No dresser or place to put suitcase that would allow you to walk in the room. View was of a staircase and the very busy loud road. Large Mirror in livingroom gives it a muchh larger feel in pictures but place is long and narrow.

Overall great experience!

We will definitely stay here again. The condo, location, office staff, parking situation -- everything was nice. Our only complaint was that every night when we went into the bathroom and turned the light on in the middle of the night, there were quite a few silverfish insects on the floor, going in and out of the baseboards, and a few in the sink. We just tried to keep the light on so that they would stay away. That was literally our only negative thing to say. Hopefully, they read this and just have the exterminator take care of the issue -- and I feel like they will because they have been attentive in all other areas.

Girls Weekend Get-A-Way

This was a long weekend for 3 of us. We stayed in unit 406. The condo was exactly as the pictures and listing stated. It was clean, check in was easy, communication and response was prompt. While the condo didn't have a lot of extras in the kitchen, it did have what we needed to cook our meals and had ample dishes, cups and silverware. There was a good starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent and kitchen soap. The hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner was provided. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit for our use. The condo is set back from the beach/water due to the sea grass but the view was still wonderful! There is a bit of a walk along a wide clear path to the beach so a buggy or wagon would be recommended if you have a few things to tote. The beach was clean and not crowded (not sure if it was due to the time of year with kids back in school). The pool and hot tub looked inviting but we didn't use it. There were grills available that worked perfect for the steaks we purchased. The location is convenient to Publix, Walgreens, a gas station and restaurants. There was assigned parking and we felt secure/safe while there. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here again. We may have to make this an annual trip.

Nice stay!

The property was as advertised. The pool wasnt my favorite, but it was exactly as it was advertised so I already knew that coming in. Loved the place. It was nice and clean. I liked that they gave us plenty of toilet paper and plenty of dish soap. I also appreciated thr beach umbrella in the closet. That was nice to have. There were some beach chairs in the closet, but they were all broken. They should probably throw those out because my mom tried to use one without realizing and her butt ended up in sand. We at least got a good laugh out of it. I wish their had been a hair dryer. I didnt bring one bc i used to always in the last but every other time I have stayed at condos, they already have a hair dryer. So I was bummed when I didn't see one. They provided lots of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. I appreciated that!! I didnt have to unpack mine! The door handle is broken on thr sliding door leading out to the balcony. That made it very difficult to open the sliding door. Overall..we loved our stay. The beach was beautiful, the rooms were very nice, the air conditining worked great! We really enjoyed it! Also, check in and out was super easy. I loved how easy it was i also liked that we didnt have keys but instead the key cards. Made me less ancious about losing them! I prefer the key cards. Very nice. I also loved there was a waffle house and ice cream shop across the street. Made evening snacks easier to grab!

Awesome experience!

Walking distance to so many places to drink, dine, or shop! Photos are accurate. The water is a bit of a hike from the rental but it’s all sand.

Great place

We had a great stay and the location was perfect! The place was very clean and the balcony view was amazing. We also were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub during our stay. We had no issues at all with checking in / checking out, very easy process.

Sad we couldn't go

Very excited about the property but we did not get to go. Last minute medical conditions prevented our attendance. Anita was timely responsive and came through in the clutch to salvage our Christmas!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Treasure Island. Very nice condo, good location, and great beach. The smaller size of the complex made it easier to get around. We walked to almost everything, restaurants and shopping.
