SituĂ©s Ă  seulement 7 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la clinique Mayo de renommĂ©e mondiale, les condominiums Grove disposent de huit unitĂ©s nouvellement dĂ©veloppĂ©es, entiĂšrement meublĂ©es, de deux chambres et de deux salles de bains, avec 1000 pieds carrĂ©s d'espace de vie, et chacune avec leur propre buanderie intĂ©grĂ©e, entrĂ©e privĂ©e et sĂ©curisĂ©e , wifi, tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble, casseroles et poĂȘles, articles de cuisine essentiels, draps, literie, serviettes et plus encore! Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Pas de tapis. Ne pas fumer.

Cette unité est située au deuxiÚme étage et dispose de deux chambres (un lit king et un lit queen) 2 salles de bain complÚtes; une avec combinaison douche / baignoire et l'autre avec douche.

La cuisine comprend de nouveaux appareils électroménagers de grande taille et un grand espace de comptoir et d'armoire, parfait pour préparer des repas cuisinés à la maison dans votre maison loin de chez vous!

En plus d'une grande cuisine et d'un salon, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse superposables pleine grandeur dans l'unité.

Il n'y a pas besoin de s'inquiéter du stationnement car chaque unité est livrée avec une place de parking dans notre parking privé ainsi qu'un parking gratuit dans la rue.

À quelques pas de la rue (cul-de-sac), vous pouvez accĂ©der au rĂ©seau de sentiers rĂ©crĂ©atifs pavĂ©s de la ville qui s'Ă©tend sur des kilomĂštres et des kilomĂštres dans Rochester et ses environs. Il y a aussi un parc Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons avec des Ă©quipements de jeux pour enfants et des courts de tennis.

clearing the sidewalk, steps, and parking lot after a snow was very slow in getting done. on the second day after a snow i shoveled the steps and sidewalk myself. other than that i was a nice place and would go there again

Very clean and nicely furnished, from the furniture to the kitchen appliances. We spent two months there and it truly became home. If you’re at Mayo it is so convient. I was dropped off and picked up at the Chalton Building and it was a 10 minute round trip. In summer, an easy walk. The nearby walking paths and parks would be delightful in better weather. We were there in February/April. We would highly recommend this to you.

Many Advantages To This Nice Place!

There are so many pros to this place!!! The transaction was streamlined & fairly simple. It is reasonably priced & more affordable than a lot of other options that provide less space & amenities. The owner tries to give you first priority in adding on additional days if needed. If you are staying for care at Mayo, you are EXTREMELY close to the clinic / hospital; it's a wonderful location. The unit is very clean & building seems well maintained overall. The place is decorated with updated finishes & high-end appliances. Renters are very close to walking trails, which is nice.  There is lots of beautiful, natural light. The unit has smoke detectors & a sprinkler system. There are plenty local grocery delivery options. The kitchen is furnished nicely & you can find just about anything you need to cook your own meals. There are a few things to keep in mind though. We found temperature control to be difficult here; it's very cold. When you change the thermostat, even one degree, the place is then too warm. There is only 1 throw provided (no additional afghans or blankets in closets, which would have been nice). Knowing this in advance one can pack clothing layers or an extra throw & be fine. Also, heavier curtains (or the addition of blinds) vs such sheer fabrics on the windows would be extremely helpful. It is impossible to watch TV until bedtime & you cannot change clothes in the bedroom due to another house being a few feet away & the drapes being see through.  If you don't mind changing in the bathroom & are not someone that watches TV, than this isn't a big issue at all. Finally, the listing says no pets, however there were a minimum of 2 dogs in the building during the time we were there (one vary talkative one below us - ha ha). I do not know if some units are designated for pets & others are not, so it's worth having that conversation if this is a concern due to allergies, being an organ transplant recipient or chemo patient who cannot be around pets, etc. We love animals so we overlooked it, but we were there for 6 weeks due to our son undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, & a clinical trial at Mayo to try to fight brain cancer. He needed a lot of extra naps during the day & the little dog below did have a lot to say making additional sleep a bit more difficult. We simply bought ear plugs & moved forward. Personally, we found the place to be great & would absolutely recommend to others- with the knowledge of the few, manageable, things above.

My Stay

Move the tv or put some blinds on the window behind sofa. Also, add some channels to the lineup. Great place, very homey.

The condo has all you could really need or ask for to have a most comfortable stay! Bravo Kellie !!

Our unit (202) was just perfect ! Bright, quiet, very spacious, new , spotless, well appointed and nicely decorated. All amenities necessary where thought out making our experience just right ! So close to Mayo walking of course when not -45 degrees nonetheless a 7$ Uber ride away! Kellie was responsive and cooperative wiling to give us first option prior to renting to someone else if we needed longer than 10 night stay depending on medical recovery ! If returning to Rochester my wife and I would definitely rent again from Kellie !
