Everything was just as the host said. We had a great time and we’re very happy with this rental! It was very clean, the host was very responsive and the place was just as described. I have nothing negative to say at all! Hoping to rent here again.
It was a beautiful weekend. A little on the chilly side but I got to put my feet in the sand and that’s all that mattered!

Excellent location - quiet but right in the action as well. Apartment was clean and tidy. Host was easy to communicate with and let us check in early. The only inconvenience was having to bring all linens, sheets, towels. Mattresses, while clean could use an extra topper or upgrade. Overall excellent value and would definitely recommend for a small family or couple.

We found our place clean and ready for us when we arrived for our 3-night stay. It condo is located only a mile from the beach, just off the main street, in a quiet community. Although not all restaurants and businesses were open yet, there were plenty of great options for shopping and eating out. Matthew was a great communicator and we would highly recommend this apt/condo.

If I could give more stars for cleanliness and value for the money I would! Definitely roomier than I thought it would be based on the pictures. If I had to provide any constructive criticism, it would be the lack of kitchen tools. I.e. cutting board, peeler, colander, etc.. We happen to be staying close to family so didn’t really need it, but that would be honestly my only complaint the location was spectacular.

The location was excellent, and the space was large and comfortable overall. However, having to make my own bed and bring my own towels was a bit inconvenient, as these are typically provided when staying in a condo, apartment, or house. Additionally, the main bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point that I was unable to sleep on it and had to use the couch instead.

Location was great for walking or driving to places to eat and shop, as well as for travel to other destinations in the area. First level accommodations made it very easy for taking things in and out. Clean unit overall, but evidently the cleaning service hadn’t cleaned the coffee maker. Also, the stove itself needs some attention.The owner was very responsive to our questions prior to our reservation date.

Our first time in Rehoboth. This location was really nice. Accessible to both main roads in town. We had a nice time on the beach and enjoying some good food destinations. The property was clean and Matt did a nice job with communication.

Close to the beach

This property close to the beach and Rehoboth Boardwalk. It had all the amenities that you would need for a beach trip. It was convenient being on the 1st floor. The location was quiet also. The place could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was great. I would stay here again!
