Venez profiter de cette magnifique maison qui se trouve à un peu plus de 1,6 km de la promenade Rehoboth, à 1,6 km des points de vente et à 400 mÚtres du sentier Junction & Breakwater. Il est juste à pied ou à vélo de la natation, des magasins et d'un choix infini d'excellents endroits pour manger!

Matthew was beyond easy to deal with and very generous with check-in, check-out times. The location was perfect for our needs with parking spaces right at condo. I will be renting again!

Great access to beaches and state parks by car as well as the town, really good mexican reasturaunt within walking distance too!

Enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Place was clean

Rehoboth Beach

Our first time in Rehoboth. This location was really nice. Accessible to both main roads in town. We had a nice time on the beach and enjoying some good food destinations. The property was clean and Matt did a nice job with communication.

Close to the beach

This property close to the beach and Rehoboth Boardwalk. It had all the amenities that you would need for a beach trip. It was convenient being on the 1st floor. The location was quiet also. The place could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was great. I would stay here again!

Great Location!

We there with my family, Condo is located near shops and restaurants. A nice option is that right in the same street they have a bike/Motorized Scooter rental business. You can rent a bike and ride to the beach and boardwalk. Matt was a fantastic host, great communication responses to all messages.

Nice quiet location

Clean inside and out. Everything worked like it should. Close to all Rehoboth has to offer. Found Deauville Beach 1 mile away which is not as crowded as Rehoboth and no traffic there! Would recommend this place to all.

Beach Vacation

Was very nice location was great, friendly people, pool very nice, Only thing wish it had something on deck that gave u more privacy when sitting out there. I seen different decks with some cool items to give u that comfort and privacy. Overall we were very pleased. Thank you Matt

Weekend getaway

Get spot close the beach, ships and restaurants. We didn’t need much as we were there to see family and participate in a charity bike ride. At times you can hear the tenants up stairs But they were not loud by any means. The biggest thing we can say is the queen bed needs a new mattress. It makes noise when you roll over and is hard and springy.

Lovely spot

This condo is surprisingly spacious. Full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, lots of sleeping arrangement options. Bring your own sheets and towels but that's pretty standard. We stayed 3 nights, walked to popular restaurants and the boardwalk, groceries a quick drive away. We didn't use the pool but it sounded fun. Thankful for the washer/dryer. Enjoyed a nice cross breeze from the slider to the front door while it rained. The neighborhood was quiet, and the few people we ran into were friendly. This is a wonderful little hideaway. Parking is wonky, spots are numbered in a way that didn't make sense but the owner provided pics which was helpful as they aren't right in front of the unit nor are they next to each other. Owner is available and responsive. I'd absolutely stay here again and again.

Location was great for walking or driving to places to eat and shop, as well as for travel to other destinations in the area. First level accommodations made it very easy for taking things in and out. Clean unit overall, but evidently the cleaning service hadn’t cleaned the coffee maker. Also, the stove itself needs some attention.The owner was very responsive to our questions prior to our reservation date.
