EMPLACEMENT EMPLACEMENT! VUES INCROYABLES! Ce condo en front de mer direct a des vues incroyables entendre les vagues qui se brisent à quelques pas. Incroyable unité de vue directe sur l'océan avec une vue large et un grand balcon face à l'océan. Depuis votre balcon spacieux, votre chambre principale, votre salon et votre cuisine, vous avez une vue incroyable sur la plage. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains complÚtes condo en bord de mer directe, idéalement situé à mi-ville OC et à proximité de dizaines d'autres favoris locaux et attractions de la plage. Livré avec 1 parking couvert et beaucoup de stationnement gratuit à proximité. Il y a un tapis tout neuf, de nouveaux meubles et des télévisions à écran plat. Il y a un lit queen size dans la chambre principale face à la mer et 4 lits simples dans la 2Úme chambre (2 lits superposés) et un canapé-lit pour 5 personnes dans la 2Úme chambre. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo. Je suis un partenaire privilégié de VRBO et je viens d'acheter ce condo. J'ai aussi un condo entiÚrement refait dans l'immeuble et d'autres belles propriétés donnant directement sur l'océan sur le trottoir si les jours souhaités ne sont pas disponibles dans cet établissement. Great stay

This property was a nice space with a great location! The slider door was not clean and there was a fair amount of sand on floors throughout the unit upon arrival, but otherwise it was tidy and provided all we could need for our stay. Would definitely book here again.

Great last-minute getaway

My two teens and I made a last-minute decision to head to the beach. Booking was easy, and the host was super responsive. We were able to check-in early and check-out late. The condo had plenty of room, was very comfortable and the location was great. Would highly recommend this condo to other families.

Fabulous!

It was the perfect place for us! My sister and I each took our 3 kids so 6 kids total. The kids had one room and we had the other. There was even a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen had everything. Laundry facilities and bathrooms were great. Plus the perfect location!

Nice but....

I was texted an address to go to, ti check in, but it was 13 blocks off. Check in process leaves a lot to be desired. The condo was very nice. Could use some paint, and repairs. View was spectacular.

Very nice view, but definitely needs updates and the shower in main bathroom has very low water pressure. The ceiling needs replaced and the sliding glass door does not lock. A burner on the stove does not work. But did enjoy the views.

Stay summmary

When we arrived, the place was clean, however there were flys in the condo. The patio door was found partially opened so we believe that was the source. There was a slight tripping hazard in the master bedroom with the tv cable. Overall, the place is old but nice, but the biggest concern was that the patio doors couldnt be locked. This usually wouldnt be a concern, however, the patios have accessible gaps that people can cross over if they wanted too. So not having the doors latched posed a security issue. Other than that, great location and place.

Beautiful location older property on second floor

While the place was clean it was an old, therefore it still looked not fresh and a bit dingy. Most of the furnishings were cheap, although the beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was weak and the toilets have a habit of things coming back up long after you flush. Fine for us because it was a short 4-day stay. But niceties like a dresser or even a chair in the master would have been nice because there was no where to put your clothes let alone open a suitcase. No beach accessories, I.e. beach chair, cooler, umbrellas weren't provided and no storage area if you brought your own. Outdoor shower was next to the dumpster so not a motivator to wash sand off before you walked up to the second floor but it did incent you to be quick. The parking is under the building and tight, not sure how a pickup or SUV makes it but if you get in there another incentive to walk everywhere.

Missed the mark!

This review is as objective and straight forward as possible. Also, despite the issues that were communicated, the owner himself, never reached out personally. It was the property manager. That carries a negative consolation from a renter. The view is by far the greatest feature of this property and covers some flaws. The king size bed was also very comfortable. The binoculars were also a huge plus. While there were issues out of the owners control (which were handled quickly), there were some that could and should have been corrected before any guest stayed. The property was not clean (molded blender base, dust piles in all the corners, finger prints and scuffs on walls, grimy spill in cabinet) and the property screamed cheap!! I was told that the owner walked through, prior to us checking in.... That was very unproductive!!! Several stained yellow, sweaty pillows. Broken and loose chairs, all flimsy quality furniture. There was not one comfortable seat in the house, from the (new)couch to the plastic deck chairs. If you're bigger person (I am 6'2" 275lbs), you will have a difficult time getting comfortable. Not recommended if your standards are higher for a rental.

We will miss that view!

We had the best time! We saw a lot of dolphins! We were also able to see how crowded the beach was at all times and know when to set up our tent. We would set it up around 8:00am and just leave it up until everyone was ready to go out. That's how you claim your spot! Fires on the beach at night were great just make sure you get a permit! Stairs going up to the room were tight but worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

Therapeutic View

It has a dual USB wall charger in the kitchen, nice touch! Ocean can be enjoyed from both the living room and the master bedroom. We were very happy with the location as it is in the northern part of OC. We were able to enjoy quiet but could also drive ten minutes to the activity-filled boardwalk. Hopefully it will be updated for next year’s high season.

Amazing views

We spent the 4th of July here and it was absolutely spectacular. The condo is right on the beach and sleeping to the sounds of the Waves was so relaxing. There was plenty of room for all of us and having the kitchen fully stocked with kitchen gear was great to save money. I also enjoyed having two full bathrooms it made getting ready in the morning so easy for our group. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to a friend. If you're thinking about booking this place just do it.

Incredible Place, Incredible View, Incredible Host!

This place was epic! I wish I could give 6 stars. It was amazing waking up each morning to the sunrise and sounds of the ocean. We got to see dolphins from the balcony while drinking our coffee. The beach was only steps away and being on 87th was great because it was totally uncrowded. The unit was well kept and clean. Outstanding communication from the owners. We felt right at home here and can't wait to come back next year. It was the perfect beach getaway!

Epic oceanfront beach house!!

I rented this beautiful condo for a quick vacation with family and close friends and we were all very impressed!! The location was unbeatable with the beach just a few steps away! The atmosphere and views from inside of the condo were absolutely perfect and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves at night. In the morning we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony while watching the kids play in the sand and the dolphins swim by, AMAZING! Our stay was made extra memorable by our host leaving a lovely personalized sign and special touches all around to make us feel welcomed! This condo was super clean and is completely stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home including books, games, DVD player, binoculars and full kitchen supplies, to mention just a few of the perks to staying here. I feel like the condo is larger then the pictures show and there was plenty of room for everyone in our group to be comfortable. We plan to return to Ocean City in the fall and we will not stay at any other location now that we have found this gem!! We know that our next visit to Bob's home will be just as fantastic and we are already looking forward to it! Thanks again for everything!

BEST LOCATION EVER!

Best location ever! Incredible ocean/ sunrise views! We saw dolphins from the living room every day! Walk right out the door and on the beach. The condo was really clean and spacious. My kids loved the new bunk beds. Parking under the building and plenty of free parking on the sides of the building. The condo was a quiet part of Ocean City and the beaches were not crowded at all. This is our new favorite condo and we will be back. Thanks for the tips about BJ’s restaurant on the water, amazing atmosphere and great food! Thank you Samantha for being so helpful and see you all soon again. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Incredible Direct Ocean view unit with wide views and spacious ocean front balcony.There are incredible views right on top of the beach from your spacious balcony,master bedroom,living room and kitchen. 2 bedroom and 2 bath direct oceanfront condo, conveniently located in mid-town OC and close to dozens of other local favorites and beach attractions. Comes with 1 covered parking and lots of free parking close by. I am in the process of putting in new carpet, new furniture and flat screen tvs. There will be a brand new king size bed in the master bedroom and 4 single beds in the 2nd bedroom (2 bunk beds) and also a pull out sofa so sleeps 5 in the 2nd bedroom. There will also be a pull out sofa in the living room.There is a full size washer/dryer in condo. New pictures coming soon. I am not renovating the kitchen,common area or bathrooms at this time. I am a premier partner with VRBO and have just purchased this condo. I also have a completely redone condo in the building and other beautiful direct ocean front properties on the boardwalk if the days you want are unavailable at this property.
