Huntington Villa, près de la plage et de la piscine, sur Broad Creek

Notre villa a été entièrement rénovée, terminée en février 2016. Nouveau plancher, cuisine, chambres, salles de bains, meubles, luminaires et appareils électroménagers. Tous les comptoirs de la cuisine et des salles de bain sont en granit. Venez visiter l'un des endroits de vacances les plus recherchés de la côte est et séjournez dans l'un des endroits les plus recherchés, Huntington Villas.

Cette villa de deux étages magnifiquement aménagée est entièrement meublée et est située à environ 200 mètres de la plage et à seulement quelques pas de la piscine privée chauffée réservée aux clients de Huntington. Un plan d'étage ouvert avec une chambre principale en bas avec lit king-size, douche complète, se trouve sur la voie navigable Broad Creek, une voie d'eau interconnectée de 11 milles. La pêche et la navigation de plaisance dans la voie navigable sont autorisées. L'une des chambres à l'étage dispose d'un lit queen-size avec douche complète. La troisième chambre, située à l'étage, a deux lits jumeaux avec salle de bain complète. Le niveau principal a des équipements de cuisine complets avec demi-bain hors cuisine. Salon, salle à manger et bar à petit-déjeuner également au rez-de-chaussée.

Et, il y a un solarium à côté de la salle à manger qui surplombe Broad Creek, idéal pour lire et profiter de la vue sur l'eau. Les chambres, la véranda et le salon ont tous une télévision à écran plat.

En plus de la piscine et de la plage, il y a trois terrains de golf PGA 18 trous dans Palmetto Dunes et à quelques minutes de la Villa, Fazio, Trent Jones et Arthur Hills. Le Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center (classé dans le top 50 aux États-Unis) est à moins d'un mile de la Villa, dispose de 23 courts en terre battue et de deux courts en dur.

Le shopping est à proximité dans toute l'île, Shelter Cove Marina est situé en face de l'entrée de Palmetto Dunes où vous trouverez de grands magasins et des endroits pour manger. Un service de navette gratuit pour Palmetto Dunes est disponible (d'avril à septembre) pour vous transporter dans les zones de Palmetto Dunes et Shelter Cove.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this home. The proximity to the beach and the pool are fantastic. The accommodations inside fit our family of 5 very well. We will certainly consider staying her a 3rd time.

Great location, great villa!

The villa is very clean and well decorated, nicer even than what appears on the photos. Fully equipped kitchen and TVs in every bedroom. Short walk to the beach, 5 minutes or so. Very convenient to the community pool and hot tub, across the parking area. Great communication with the host and easy check-in and check-out, no crazy requests like some hosts. Highly recommend!

LOVE this property!

We just returned from our 4th year in this condo and the owner and property continue to meet all of our needs. The location is close to the pool and the beach. The unit is comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The owner is extremely communicative and responsive. The people in the surrounding units are respectful and friendly.

Great Stay

Pictures do not do this place justice. Clean, well lit, stocked & spacious. Public beach access is essentially right across the street. Pool is about a 30 second walk from the front door. Perfect location. Rich was extremely responsive & proactive about check in process. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to nitpick anything I would say linens could be updated & could use a few more trash cans in bathrooms & bedrooms but our family really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

This is our second time renting this condo and we have decided it is the perfect vacation rental for our family. The location is fabulous with it's proximity to the ocean and the pool. The condo is comfortably decorated, furnished with all of the dishes and amenities needed and the owner is excellent in communicating. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. We would plan future trips to Hilton Head based upon the availability of this unit. Looking forward to next year.

Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! House was perfect for our family of 6! Pictures don’t do it justice… the pictures make it look much darker than it is. It’s actually FULL of light with great views of the lagoon and an awesome skylight over the master shower (loved that)! The whole house is very comfortable and the finishes and furnishings were very nice and upscale! Great layout with each bedroom having their own bath and an extra half bath on the 1st floor. Also loved the location with easy pool and beach access and the kids loved riding bikes to the General Store every day! Owner very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place for families on Hilton Head!

This location was perfect, quiet and away from the bustle but minutes from the beach and everything we wanted to enjoy. Rich and his manager were very responsive when we had wifi issues (due to weather) and easy to communicate with. The place was spacious with lovely view. Could add a few more items to stock tbe place but nothing major. Would happily stay there again.

Great Location and Plenty of room

As a family of 5 we struggle with finding affordable places with plenty of room within a short walk to the beach. This listing has been one of our best experiences. It was just a short walk to the beach and had plenty of room for our family. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Great vacation. Townhouse was beautiful. Perfect for my family of 5. Updated finishes and appliances. Pool right around the corner. Short walk to beach. Rich was very responsive to all my questions. The only negative comment and I am knit picking here is that the $25 parking pass should have been included in the rental fee.

Great house, responsive owner!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was the perfect size for a family of 5. The updates are very nice and it’s a great location, just about 5 min walk to the beach and easy bike ride to the general store and tennis courts. Somehow, VRBO did not let the owners know we had booked the house so we did not receive check in information and the house was not ready for us. The owner was incredibly responsive and got his cleaning crew to the house that night! They did a great job and we felt comfortable moving in right after. The owner even sent a sweet treat to us the next day for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!
