Une promenade à travers la route de la plage ou à 8 minutes en voiture de Sebastian Inlet.
Observation des oiseaux, surf, pêche ou tout simplement relaxant.

Le restaurant le plus proche est le New England Pub pour les fruits de mer frais locaux et les spiritueux. Il y a une excellente pizzeria appelée D’Angelo’s à environ un mile au nord d'ici sur l'A1A
Publix est le supermarché le plus proche situé à 8 km au nord. Il y a un dépanneur appelé Marathon à environ 1/4 mile au sud au feu.
Le camp de pêche de Honest John propose des locations de bateaux, de kayaks et de planches à pagaie et se trouve à environ 1,6 km au sud d'ici sur l'A1A.

Great place. Everything you need for 2. Would stay again. Martyn showed us around. The pool was nice after the beach—comfortable poolside chairs to read in. If we visit Melbourne Beach in the future, we will stay again.

Great Quiet Location

Great location and host. We really needed a few days to relax a decompress and this was the place. Beautiful pool area and the beach is fantastic. Not much traffic and we even saw a sea turtle come ashore while we were there.

Beautiful getaway

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and myself. The location is out of the tourist area but close to many beaches and wonderful things to do. The accommodations were clean, comfortable while providing a pool and beautiful outdoor area for guests use. Would stay there again anytime

Great Stay

What a nice spot to stay in Melbourne Beach! The property is quiet, pretty, and well located for walks and the beach. Sitting under the veranda by the pool each morning sipping coffee and looking at the garden was wonderful. Hosts are really great.

Great condo

This was a great condo, well stocked and very clean. By providing beach towels and allowing us to use their beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus. We loved that we were able to walk to a great restaurant for dinner. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautiful South Melbourne Beach

Wildlife abounds as does opportunities for beaching, hiking, fishing. Also visited The Kennedy Space Center about an hour north. A memorable experience .

Key West look in Melbourne Beach

My wife and I stayed for four nights in February. While the weather was cool and windy, we had a relaxing time at this condo. We would certainly come back again.
