Les semaines d'août sont encore ouvertes! Piscine privée et plage! 3 rois!

Maison récente dans une communauté de plage fermée, piscine privée (pouvant être chauffée moyennant un supplément, normalement nécessaire de mars à avril), grande terrasse en pavés de briques. Modèle avec 2 lits king size + 4 lits simples avec lits superposés XL sur couchette + lit gigogne pouvant accueillir 4 enfants (ou 2 adultes et 2 enfants).
Pourquoi rester dans un condo à l'étroit et partager une piscine avec des inconnus quand vous pouvez avoir l'intimité et le confort de votre propre maison et la piscine. Très pratique quand les bébés font la sieste! Les 4 chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs, de DVD et de miroirs intégraux. King chambres et salon ont des ventilateurs de plafond. Garage attenant pour décharger les bagages et l'épicerie, au lieu de monter les escaliers ou les ascenseurs équitation. Barbecue à gaz sur la terrasse de la piscine pour faire des grillades à la maison si vous ne voulez pas sortir dîner.

Nouveaux meubles, cuisine entièrement équipée en granit et en acier inoxydable, buanderie séparée avec P / D pleine taille, entrée sans clé, garage double avec clavier pour que tout le monde puisse aller et venir sans clés. Pour la sécurité des enfants, la maison a une alarme de piscine sur la porte arrière + un pêne dormant supplémentaire en haut.

House est à environ 500 mètres de la plage. Service de plage gratuit fourni. Vous pouvez vous rendre à la plage à pied ou en voiture sur une distance de 3 km à l’est du parking gratuit près de Pompano Joe et des toilettes sur la plage. Près de tout dans Destin: Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, restaurants et marina.

Extremely nice home with plenty of room for 10.The backyard was amazing and the pool cannot be beat. The pool is a perfect size with shade in the corner. A great spot to grill and hang out after a day at the beach.The beach is a bit of a walk but really not bad at all.I bighly recommend this house for a family vacation.

Thanks so much for your five star review! We also love that the pool is partially shaded by the palm trees during late afternoon. We have some portable umbrellas we sometimes use to add more shade for our grandkids. The walk to the beach takes us about 10 minutes and we are so thankful our community has its own private beach with access gates at both ends. Thanks again! Sherry & Mike

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 6. It was great to be able to have a (well heated) pool to ourselves and also be in walking distance to the beach! Restaurants and stores nearby. The owners are great communicators as well!

Relax and Enjoy!

We had such a relaxing week at this home. It is well-maintained and stocked with about everything you could need. It was far more room than we needed, but close to where we needed to be. The pool was very nice, offering a bit of shade in certain areas and full sun in others. I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay!

Fall Break

We came for Fall Break, the house was great. Anything you could ever need, they have there. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool was a favorite for my family. The property manager and owners were fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Hôte : Mike and Sherry Oxner

We currently live in OH but have also lived in CA, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. All of these places have beautiful beaches but none compares to Destin, FL!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We both grew up vacationing along the Emerald Coast so it has always been our favorite place to visit. We frequently vacationed here with our 2 kids and now our 5 grandchildren love Destin too. We first bought a 2 bdrm condo but as our family grew, we needed more room. We thought we'd miss the ocean view from our condo but found we much prefer the privacy of a single family home with private pool. Whenever we rent properties in other locations, we prefer single family homes. Much quieter and more private than condos.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We chose this house because we loved the split bedroom design and the fact that it has one of the largest back yards in the neighborhood. Mike is a civil engineer so he designed the pool himself to fit our yard and still leave room for a large patio. We added more palm trees along the pool and the back of the yard to create a more tropical feel. The community is gated and sits across from our gorgeous private beach.
House is centrally located to everything in the Destin area!
