Emplacement! Emplacement! Emplacement! Cet endroit ne peut pas ĂȘtre battu. Une de la rue avec le quai de pĂȘche Ocean Beach. Un pĂątĂ© de maisons de Newport Ave, avec de nombreux restaurants, la plage, des cafĂ©s, des brasseries. Vous aurez votre propre place de parking, laveuse sĂ©cheuse dans l'unitĂ©. Il y a un barbecue pour votre usage et des lits King size confortables. Les clients apprĂ©cient vraiment le confort de notre condo sur la plage. On espĂšre que vous ferez de mĂȘme.

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. It’s less than a block from the beach (the pier is still closed) with beautiful views. The best part was being able to walk to any restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It made our evenings stress-free and low-key. It was within 15 minutes of so many attractions we visited- the Zoo, Balboa Park, the Midway, etc. Getting to all those locations was quick and easy. The only challenge was the parking spot. It was tiny (parking is at a premium in the neighborhood) and an SUV would never fit. We rented a Camry and everyone had to get out before we parked because the wall was so close. I got really good at it as the week went on! Overall, it was great. There was even a giant neighborhood event with all kinds of food vendors, fresh vegetables, fresh flowers, and drinks on Wednesday night. My teenagers had a great time and so did their parents.

Excellent Location

Plenty to do in the area. We never moved our car. That being said, it’s a tight carport. Not horrible though. We have a Palisade and we let the passenger’s side out and pulled that side close to the wall. It was fine. It fit. Everything about the stay was easy and convenient. I would stay there again. In searches it says that it sleeps 6, but then the emails from the host insist no more 5. So that was a bait and switch kind of feel, but it did work out for us. Just know, that this sleeps FIVE.

Great location!

My family and I had a great stay at Ocean Beach. The condo is a very great location, close to the beach, many places to eat and shop. The condo pictures aren't quite the same as the place is in person. Just a few minor differences, but the main one was the bathroom tub/shower. One of the glass doors was missing on the shower, so there was only one door. There was a shower curtain in front of the tub, so the other half of the tub needed to be covered with the curtain. Not a big deal, just a little odd. The only thing to note is that there was no curtain liner to go inside the tub, so the floor got a bit wet. During the day, the place has great natural light, but in the evening, we could have used a few more lights or lamps. Again, not a big deal, but just noting this for other visitors. Overall, the condo is great, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

OB Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this updated, beach condo which was surprisingly quiet in the evenings (as it is so close to OB restaurants etc.). Cozy, beach feel and a coffee station in the kitchen that had all the fixing inc. a grinder. Strong WiFi connection and really nice W/D were much appreciated by my teenagers. Thank you!

Perfect birthday getaway!

Our stay at this charming second-floor condo in San Diego was an absolute delight. The location was unbeatable, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood where friendly locals and the welcoming ambiance made us feel right at home. We loved being just a short walk away from a cozy coffee shop and an array of trendy restaurants, making every outing a breeze. The beachy decor inside the condo added a fresh and inviting touch, perfectly complementing our coastal getaway. The seamless check-in process and secure locks gave us peace of mind, ensuring we always felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again!

A SD home base, steps from the beach.

My family of 5 had a great stay in Ocean Beach at Nichole's condo. It had everything we needed and is set in a great community that reflects a California vibe. The beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we needed. Would stay again!

Great spot in Ocean Beach!

It was phenomenally close to the beach, restaurants, and bars, and local shopping in Ocean Beach. It felt like a home away from home and the host was communicative, and very gracious and accommodating. Another cool feature was that it had mini split AC systems in all of the rooms and a lot of rental places in San Diego don’t. Definitely recommend! We will come back for sure.

Nice location

The apartment was well-located close to OB restaurants and beach. Unfortunately the pier was temporarily closed. The apartment was very clean but also dark and stuffy when we arrived. It was easy enough to turn on the mini splits but took a little effort to find the light switches. The splits worked fine and cooled the rooms quickly enough but it didn’t feel very welcoming on arrival. The owner communicated well and was quick to respond to questions.

Great for the family

Great two bedroom. Plenty of water toys, chairs and umbrellas ready to take to the beach. This place was perfect for my family to walk to the beach. Each room had ac units and tvs. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

Such a great stay!!!

My sister and I used this rental for a bit of a sisters retreat while in town for a wedding. It was the absolute perfect location. Close enough for getting to the action but tucked away from the noise. It was a great layout that also gave the sense that it was larger. Beautifully decorated, clean and the beds were super comfortable. We had one issue with the locks battery and code that while was frustrating initially the host worked to remediate and checked back in that it was resolved. I’d 100% stay here again.

Good place with walkable neighborhood

It was good. Second bedroom OK for adults (single bunk above). Security/gate was good as well. Loved the neighborhood and walkable access to restaurants, groceries, and the beach. Wished that the pier wasn't closed.

Great time at Ocean Beach

We loved staying here for our family trip to San Diego. We wanted a place close to the beach but also quick to downtown, the zoo, and even up the coast. This place hit the spot. The rooms were comfortable, the place was very clean, and had plenty of necessities for the whole family. We would definitely look to stay here again for our next trip. It’s also worth noting we were able to walk to dinner every night and had some amazing food.
