Ideal for family vacations and long term rentals, our beautifully decorated, oceanfront, first floor condo sparkles with 3 lg bedrooms and 3 full baths. Located in The Breakers -- blocks from the world-famous Ponte Vedra Inn & Club.

2-WEEK minimum rental except for TPC week and GA-FL football weekend.

Minutes to TPC and Sawgrass. With unobstructed views and direct access from our patio, you are a few short steps to the white, sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean. Spacious living/dining area with flat screen TVs and wifi throughout. Amazing year-round covered patio for dining and relaxing.

Huge master suite with king bed, glass sliders to the patio, en-suite full bath (separate walk-in shower and tub), desk/home office area, and incredible ocean view; 2nd master suite with king bed and en-suite full bath (tub/shower combo); and third large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath (tub/shower combo). Fully-stocked with everything you need. Separate laundry room with full-size washer/dryer. One car garage plus an additional reserved parking space in front of the door. Beach bikes, boogie boards, beach games, beach chairs and beach towels provided.

Could not have been more perfect

We loved everything about our stay. We were familiar with area from living nearby in the past. Location cant be beat. Beach is special and quiet spot so appreciated. The layout gave us needed space to relax.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had an amazing and wonderful stay right on the beach. The view was spectacular! Everything we could possibly have wanted was provided, from beach towels, to bikes, to sand toys for the children. The kitchen had every appliance we could have wished for. We had plenty of space with three bedrooms for our grandchildren and daughter. The condo was spotless, well-furnished, and very spacious. The lanai was an amazing bonus! We had a delightful stay and loved every minute.

Perfect!

This condo was great - well supplied, spacious, clean and right on the beach. The owners have outdone themselves with comfortable beds, plenty of linens (including beach towels) and beach accessories such as chairs and toys. The folks at Stockton rental were helpful and everyone we came into contact with was great. A great location all the way around!

Fun with grands!!!

Our family enjoyed this condo for two weeks to include Memorial Day! The beach at this area was not crowded like other places during holiday weekends !This condo is perfect for our grandchildren because it is so easy to get to the beach and back for lunch and naps. We all loved the lanai too. Parking can be a slight problem if you have more cars than two visiting but Stockton Realty was very accommodating in helping us with parking. The condo was very nice . We hope to rent again next year!

Great family vacation!

This is the second year our family has stayed in this condo. We love Ponte Vedra and love the location of this property. The condo has everything we need, including the rare two king-bedroom configuration. The property has always been clean and well supplied with everything we need for the trip including the use of things like beach chairs and beach towels during the stay. We've always had lots of hot water (critical for the multiple showers that all seem to happen at once when we come in from the beach) and the a/c works great to keep the property at a comfortable sleeping temperature. Internet connection is reliable and works well (great for those of us who still have to squeeze in some work while away). You are literally steps from the beach and Ponte Vedra beaches are never crowded (our recent stay was mid-July and still no crowds). We also love that we can put up a canopy on the beach to provide shade for our little ones. Make sure to eat at Pussers (cilantro lime chicken is my fav), Palm Valley Fish Camp, and Caps (in St. Augustine) while you are in town. Fresh Market is just a few miles away and has an excellent prepared food counter (we always grab stuff for lunch from there so we don't have to cook or go out and can still eat well). The YMCA is 10 minutes away and sells weekly passes if you need to get your workout on while you are away.

Family Fun

Wonderful experience, just steps to the beach and a porch to die for. The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare meals including a blender for smoothies. We left the unit once to buy groceries and the rest of our vacation was spent the way it should be relaxing and surfing. Would definitely return.

One of the best weeks on the beach ever!!

We have been coming to the Atlantic several years now and we all agree this beach complemented by this great condo tops the list so far. Quiet, beautiful sand and clean. We hope to come back again!! Great golf, sightseeing, waves, condo was everything we needed.

We are a close-knit family from Atlanta. We have been vacationing in Ponte Vedra for years and love it! With family in the area, including parents who are retiring nearby, we knew this was the place for us.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The Breakers are the premier condos in the area, so it was always our dream to buy in The Breakers. The units are very well-built and impeccably maintained, and much bigger than most (over 1800 sf!). The layout is great -- very easy for families, groups of adults, or even multiple families. And you can't get any closer to the beach and the water!

The view from our condo CAN'T BE BEAT! Amazing! The beach is beautiful but not crowded. Our kids LOVE riding the waves! Plus we enjoy having shopping, restaurants (family-friendly and fine-dining), movies, bowling, water park and other things to do within minutes. We also use this as our home base to visit other parts of Florida that we enjoy: St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Disney World, etc.
