Bienvenue au paradis! Évadez-vous dans cette luxueuse maison de six chambres conçue pour les invitĂ©s VIP. Chaque chambre comprend une salle de bains privative. Profitez du quai de 15 mĂštres avec amarrage profond du canal et d'un accĂšs exceptionnellement Ă©troit Ă  l'Atlantique ou d'une promenade rapide en bateau vers le Golfe.

AprĂšs une journĂ©e de pïżœïżœche, dĂ©tendez-vous sous le tiki hut au bord de la piscine ou savourez un cocktail sur l’un des porches. Le quartier de Coco Plum offre une atmosphĂšre isolĂ©e dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel, mais est facilement accessible en vĂ©lo ou Ă  pied de la plage de Coco Plum sur les pistes cyclables / sentiers de randonnĂ©e.

Deux fabuleuses suites doubles doubles présentent de beaux meubles et de magnifiques salles de bain privées. Chaque suite principale s'ouvre sur un balcon. Le troisiÚme étage dispose d'une salle de loisirs, idéale pour les soirées de jeux en famille.

Cette maison superbement aménagée est une construction neuve. Chaque détail a été soigneusement réfléchi. La cuisine est décorée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Le salon dispose également d'un bar, idéal pour se divertir. La décoration est chaleureuse et somptueuse.

Marathon

I really enjoyed our stay at this home. My only complaint would be the lack of kitchen tea towels. I knew this was a possibility. We needed a few more tea towels and we tried at several stores to pick up more tea towels so I was disappointed that more were not available in the home and had to waste time trying to find some in local stores.

Fun in the Keys

We enjoyed our stay very much. The big pluses were a private bathroom for every room, two refrigerator/freezers, the heated pool and the private dock. Anything that needed attention after we arrived were quickly attended to and the furnishings were nice and clean. A few negatives were the lack of screened in balconies because the no see ums were awful, making it impossible to enjoy them. The mattresses were not very plush or comfortable and there could have been more towels. Lastly, considering the price paid for the week, we didn’t care for all the chores required of us before leaving.

Fantastic place

Couldn't recommend this place more highly. The place itself is perfect and housed our family of 9. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a vacation home. The situation on the canal is lovely - we saw manatees and turtles from the deck, and it was amazing to watch the pelicans diving for fish in the morning. All of the communication beforehand was clear and straightforward, and made our life very easy. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back again!

Gorgeous property in paradise!

Beautiful new home with a bathroom for every bedroom. The outdoor space was incredible, right on the canal with a huge dock. We're already booked for next year!

Great rental for big groups!

We had a great week at this property! The pool was warm, the home was comfortable, and the canal provided endless entertainment. We had two families, two grandmas, and an aunt all staying here comfortably. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and that was a huge selling point. The dock was great for fishing, watching the manatees, and we even had a dolphin sighting! Jerry (maintenance) came by to check the pool twice and always helped us with anything we needed. Leslie (property manager) called to check in as well. We did get out and enjoy Marathon and the Keys, but we were also perfectly content to spend entire days at the house relaxing, swimming, fishing, and grilling. This house provided lots of great memories for our family! Highly recommended!

Great Family Vacation

This house was well represented by the pictures online. Great location close to many restaurants, shopping and grocery store. We caught many fish from the dock and grilled our catch for dinner. Lots of marine life to see

.we thoroughly enjoyed the views. House was clean and spacious (nice having a bathroom per room). Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses as several of our party mentioned that their mattress was not very comfortable. For those not native to Florida, please know that the mangroves surrounding this area will mean that there are lots of “no-see-ums” and mosquitoes so be sure to bring bug spray and candles to try to keep them at bay. The property managers were great and deposit was refunded within a week. Would definitely recommend this property!

JDH Memorial Dive Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our annual family dive trip at our Coco Plum Unit 1 house! The house was immaculate when we arrived, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was such a treat! But our favorite part of the house was the open kitchen/living/dining area! It was nice to have enough room for the whole family to gather for meals, games and as a respite from the heat. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the pool and porch area. We especially loved the visits from the manatees on a daily basis! The house was an easy drive to pretty much everything, including all of the activities in the area. We did have a dryer malfunction while staying at the house, but they had a repairman at the house within 45 minutes of my call. All other minor things that needed attention were mentioned to American Coastal Rentals before our departure. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend this property to anyone!

Great location and house for groups

We were very pleased to arrive to find that the property was everything it represented online. Great common spaces and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Location was excellent. Short walk to see the sunrise every morning. Quiet dead end street great for walking. Boat dock was great location on the canal and a short trip to open water. Furniture was adequate although not enough dining room chairs to accommodate 12 people. Chairs could use felt pads to reduce scraping noise on tile floors. Bedrooms are good size. Would have been nice to have a handicap accessible shower in the first floor bedroom for guests who can’t do stairs. For supplies-2 dish towels, no pot holders, no cleaning supplies so you can’t even clean the stovetop after use. Would be nice to have at least one general purpose cleaner available. We did bring many of our own supplies understanding there were “starter” items. Auto drip coffee pot only. Would be nice to have Kcup option. We had a maintenance issue come up and the agency was very responsive. We had to wait until 4 pm to check in. That’s late given the travel day most visitors have. In all we’d highly recommend this house for a group or family.

Family Friendly Property

The house was amazing. All bedrooms had bathrooms which made staying with multiple families hassle free. The pool and recreation space was perfect. We had manatees, sharks, and fish right off the dock almost every day. The kids had a blast! The adults had a blast!

Relaxing Stay in the Keys

The rental home has a perfect layout for a large family or group of friends, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom with the kitchen and living room being well laid out. The patio and pool has a great view of the channel, spent a lot of time sitting out there!

Thanksgiving in Paradise

As soon as we walked onto the property we knew we had found a perfect family vacation home. Spotless throughout , well stocked kitchen, sparkling pool and great dock. Quiet area and lots of wildlife to view. Couldn’t be better!

Thanksgiving in Paradise

Our family of 9 adults and 2 children had our best Thanksgiving ever. Warm breezes and sunny skies created a perfect backdrop for swimming, walking, fishing, and relaxing. The house was clean, has a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable furniture and the view cannot be topped! We can’t wait to go back!

Great time in Marathon!

House was perfect for our group. Having an on-suite for each bedroom was very helpful. Pool, dock, back patio, grill were just what we needed. Cooked three nights we were there and it was all great. Very close to stores in Marathon and lots of restaurants. Saw a manatee, several osprey, too many pelicans to count, iquanas, and lots of fish!

Amazing Property

Wow is what you will be saying after you stay at this property. We had large 14 person group and this amazing house is more than accommodating with privacy for each family as well as great common areas for us all to get together for food and fun. The property was spotless upon arrival and the pool and dock areas are perfect for your keys trip with plenty of room for our boats. Victoria is awesome to work with and Check in and out are painless. Highly recommend 5 Stars!!!!!

Keys 2020 with the family

The property was excellent, we had 14 of us including 5 kids 6 and under. Everything was great, clean and well equipped. Victoria was a great property manager and helped us with everything. We all had a great time.

Awesome property, secluded location

We had nine in our party, plenty of room for everyone. The only issue was that the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with essential cooking and baking items. Needed more towels and wash cloths, there were no kitchen hand towels. Having said all this, I would definitely book my next stay here.
