Our stay in Nice was fantastic! We were in France for 2 weeks at different stays and this was by far the best! They provided everything you would need to enjoy Nice, including beach towels and chairs! We also loved the location. Would highly recommend this apartment!

This is my second stay at this charming old-town property. It’s a rare find for two groups travelling together, offering privacy with adjoining accommodations. It has separate bathrooms and balconies. The place is clean and well-stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. Our property manager was prompt and helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful location, easy walk to everything in old Nice. Balconies are a nice sit for morning coffee or evening wine, only space for 2. Great food all around, as well as interesting shopping. Rock (not sand) beach is a short walk away.

The property is just as described in the description. The apartment was spacious with lots of natural light, very clean and well stocked. The two beds and the sofa bed were super comfortable. We appreciated having plenty of bath and beach towels. Sitting on the balcony was a great way to people watch, enjoy the beautiful Nice weather and soak in the culture. Our host was easily accessible as was the property manager. There were plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants. (We especially enoyed Panzonno, Carpe Diem and Cafe Alma.) The apartment was close to museums, the beach, the Tram and parks. A great place for families to stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Richard and Dorina for a fantastic stay!

Great location in heart of Old town. Clean and renovated modern apartment with all amenities. Manager Dorina was quick and responsive with any questions. Kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was crisp clean with all soaps and other basics.

Heart of Old Town Nice

Great location, well furnished. Be aware it is on 3rd floor, so almost 60 stairs up from the street.

Perfect location and lovely apartment. Very tastefully decorated, great showers and comfy beds. Lots of consideration for guests e.g. teach, coffee, kitchen equipment, umbrellas, shopping bags etc. On third floor but not a chore really. The layout of two connected apartments was useful for privacy, with separate bathrooms and even kitchens. The terraces were lovely in late March to sit in the sun.

AFTER LOOKING AT SEVERAL AREAS, WE DISCOVERED THAT THE OLD TOWN OFFERED SO MUCH MORE ACTIVITY. RUE ROSSETTI IS A QUIET STREET AND CARS ARE STRICTLY CONTROLLED AFTER 11AM EACH DAY. THE AREA IS FILLED WITH SIDEWALK RESTAURANTS AND CAFEES. THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR (NOT ELEVATOR) A COUPLE BLOCKS AWAY FROM PLACE ROSSETTI. THIS ELIMINATES MOST OF THE NOISE YOU FIND IN THE BUSIEST PARTS OF THE OLD TOWN. BEING ON THE 3RD FLOOR LETS IN A LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT AND THE BENEFIT OF 2 BALCONIES WITH AWNINGS ADD A NICE ATMOSPHERE BOTH DAY AND NIGHT.
