Wonderful location, easy walk to everything in old Nice. Balconies are a nice sit for morning coffee or evening wine, only space for 2. Great food all around, as well as interesting shopping. Rock (not sand) beach is a short walk away.

The property is just as described in the description. The apartment was spacious with lots of natural light, very clean and well stocked. The two beds and the sofa bed were super comfortable. We appreciated having plenty of bath and beach towels. Sitting on the balcony was a great way to people watch, enjoy the beautiful Nice weather and soak in the culture. Our host was easily accessible as was the property manager. There were plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants. (We especially enoyed Panzonno, Carpe Diem and Cafe Alma.) The apartment was close to museums, the beach, the Tram and parks. A great place for families to stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Richard and Dorina for a fantastic stay!

Perfect location and lovely apartment. Very tastefully decorated, great showers and comfy beds. Lots of consideration for guests e.g. teach, coffee, kitchen equipment, umbrellas, shopping bags etc. On third floor but not a chore really. Quaint Old Town Stay
Very central location, substantial space between the 1 bedroom + studio, modern decor, and excellent communication for the check-in process and throughout the stay.

Very nice clean condo....great location in Old Town Nice.... three flights of stairs were a challenge with luggage though.... beautifully decorated....

This is a beautiful, spacious, and clean apartment. Communication with Richard was excellent. Very convenient location. Easy walk to all local attractions, and many lively and fun restaurants just downstairs! I recommend it!
