AMAZING PLACE, LOCATION AND VIEW

I came with my wife and 2 kids. Form the moment we walked in we were all grinning ear to ear. The entire place was super clean. The view was amazing. We sat out on the deck and drank coffee every morning. The building is very well kept.We ate at TASTE OF PR MOST TIMES, AMAZING BUT CLOSES EARLY SOMETIMES. Great food on the beach and within walking distanst everywhere you go. The Host Armando was wonderful and very helpful at the whole stay. I will definitely be coming back here again!!!

I will go back to this apartment anyday! Loved it!

Armando was amazing answering all my questions. The apartment has anything you need, from beach towels to beach chairs to basic supplies. The view of the ocean from one side and from the city on the other side is beautiful. The location is perfect. Grocery stores, shops, pharmacies, the airport, access to major highways, Old San Juan, Condado, malls... The beach is beautiful and morning walks are a most. Estela and Frank were very kind and were waiting for us when we arrived to pick up the keys. I felt I know them for years! The only thing I would do different is staying longer! I can't wait to go back. Gracias Armando. Tienes un apartamento hermoso y no nos falto nada. Adoro la playa donde esta, El Alambique, y solo hubiese querido estar mas tiempo. El apartmento tiene todo lo que se necesita. La vista es inigualable y todo estuvo muy bien. Tu familia es muy linda y amable. Te deseo mucho exito y solo espero poder regresar pronto. Made a great choice in choosing accommodation, extremely satisfied with our stay, very secured.

Seeing is believing! This property deserves a 10 * beautifully maintained, everything u needed was provided, it was like being in your own home, panoramic view of the beach and surrounding areas, walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy etc. I can go on and on. Communication with owner, great! Highly recommend. Could live here.

Great apartment and great location.

Large and comfortable, right on the beach, owners extremely responsive. Microwave broke and we had a new one the next day. Armando was prompt in all our communications.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

We just came back from a 5 night stay here and we had a great time. The condo has been updated from the pictures on the site and the view from the 17th floor is more beautiful in person than the view form the picture. The condo was clean, very spacious and met all of our needs. Making reservations and getting keys the day of arrival were easy. There is also one parking space provided if you plan on renting a car or having a visitor. The owner also provided a list of places to visit and restaurants in the area. This is not our first trip and wont be our last to San Juan. Hopefully this place is available the next time we visit. There were 6 adults and we all had plenty of room in this condo.

It was Beautiful!!

The pictures don't give justice to this place. This place was MORE beautiful. Each room had views it was a corner condo so pick a room and there you go Puerto Rico everywhere. I was so appreciative when they got us a brand new pack and play for the baby, avoiding having to travel with one. The owner and staff of this building where great! They offered excellent advice as what to do on the island and how to get there. My whole family felt at home, my three kids, my husband, and two sisters. I would recommend this to anyone. As a mom I felt a peace with all my kids. The security was awesome all though I never felt concerned.

A great week in a great condo

We have stayed at a nice Stela Maris condo in the Condado area, but this Isla Verde apt surpassed it in location, security, spaciousness and beachfront.The owner was super-nice and very responsive to the few questions i had. We had a most excellent stay, even our 3 teenage girls were happy, lol!

Definitely coming back

For our first trip to Puerto Rico, I must say, staying in this condo, was one of the best ideas. From the moment we arrived, Esther and Frank were there to greet us, and made us feel very welcomed. They also checked in with us a few times throughout our stay. The owner provided us with some recommendations prior to our arrival, which was nice to have, being our first trip. As soon as we entered the condo, we noticed that it was very spacious, and the view was SPECTACULAR! The condo is at the end of the building, which gives a very good view of PR. The location is perfect, since it's right off the beach, and close to restaurants and shopping locations. The building was well maintained, and the staff was friendly. The condo was well stocked with all the necessary items, as if we were in our own home, which was GREAT! This was a vacation that we will have to take again, and when we do, we will definitely look into staying here again!

My family loved it!

My family and I traveled to PR on vacation (2 adults and our 19 and 23 year-old daughters) The building was very safe and so is the area. At times it can be frustrating because you need a key to enter and exit from the apartment and to/from the beach/pool but I will take that anytime since we were traveling with two young ladies. We felt safe at any time. Even at late hours of the night, there are lots of people walking around the neighborhood going to clubs, restaurants,etc. The police patrols the area constantly. The apartment is very nicely furnished and well stocked! (the furniture is different than the photo) Lots of towels both for bath and beach and lots of linens. The owner provided excellent customer service before our trip and his mother, Esther and her husband Frank were absolutely a pleasure to deal with once we arrived at the apartment. Esther called me a couple of times to make sure that everything was fine and to see if we needed anything. The owner, sent me a text message as we arrived to verify that everything was fine. We had plenty of room to move around and to have our own space, if we wanted it. My favorite part was definitely the balcony and the view. I looked forward to getting up to my cup of coffee to enjoy watching the waves. My only suggestion would be to add a few folding chairs and a beach umbrella to bring to the beach. We ended up paying $26/day to rent an umbrella and 4 beach chairs (you can only rent them until 5pm) The beach is a public beach so we were able to mingle with a lot of the locals as we celebrated the 4th of July. The locals were very respectful and just enjoyed and played at the beach which gave it a nice feeling of home as opposed to a touristy feel. We visited Ruben's Cafe across the street and Mi Casita (food was ok but definitely not very authentic and VERY pricey. We decided to rent a car and toured the island. That was a great idea. It was very easy to drive around (with a GPS) and ventured out to Casita Miramar near Santurce and many local eateries outside of the tourist area. But if you want a taste of real local food, make a left out of the building or catch a cab ride if you don't like walking (about 20 minutes) to Bebo's. Absolutely deliciousness! Best local food that we found was La Fonda del Jibarito in Old San Juan (excellent food and very inexpensive) The four of us ate 3 courses and a carafe of sangria for $80! You must visit El Yunque and Luquillo beach as well.

Renewed Excitement in Puerto Rico - April 2011

This was a return trip for my family to Puerto Rico. I have always stayed in hotels in the same area that this condo is located. After arriving and seeing the condo in person, it brought a new sense of excitement to the trip. The condo is situated in a perfect location. The beach, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. The decorations and the workmanship in the condo are amazing. The front door staff at the building were very friendly and helpful. The grounds at the condo are well taken care of and offer a variety of amenities. The owner and his family were wonderful hosts and a pleasure to meet. There are two things that I know at this point. I will be returning to Puerto Rico and it will be to this condo if it is available. If you have a large family, or just want a nice sized vacation rental, I would advise to select this one. It truely has it all.

Great location on the beach

My wife and three college age children stayed at this property and it met our needs perfectly. The complex is not new, but it is ideally situated and close to restaurants and convienence stores. Apartment is on the end which allows views out three sides of the building. Balcony is a great place to listen to the ocean, watch the activity and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The owner was very accomodating and gave us useful and good recommendations. Property and area appear safe, but some inconvience with multiple doors & locks getting into and out of the property. Property is well maintained, clean and beds are comfortable. Full kitchen and washer/dryer are very nice. Other furnishings are adequate and allowed an adult family to have their space. Internet access was available and was very useful. We would stay at this property again.

Great trip

Spacious apartment, great size for a larger family. Fully equipped kitchen, again a blessing for a larger family so not to have to eat out for every meal. The building is a little dated and could use some upgrades, the gym was not really usable (no fault of the landlord that is the buildings issue). The pool was well maintained (we saw the pool man out there faithfully every morning). The apartment was clean, had a ample supply of beach towels and regular towels, though no washclothes we ended up buying shower scrunchies. The area is great, Walgreens (open 24 hours) directly across the street, 3 plazas all within walking distance. Wendys, Mcdonalds, taco bell, KFC, Churchs chicken, Grande, Ponderosa, Casino, everything you need without driving, Would recommend Charlies car rentals if you do rent as they are right across the street as well and provide shuttles to & from the airport. Overall a great stay!

Awesome!

I just came back from renting this location and I could not have been happier. The view is incredible and everything is at walking distance. Not to mention that you have a Walgreens right across the street for all your necessities. The apartment is spacious and occupied with everything you need. I recommend this location to anyone and everyone!
