The property was very clean and matched our expectations, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our only issue was that there was a strong weed smell throughout the home for the entirety of our visit. The smell was quite noticeable and unfortunately made both of us feel a bit sick. Aside from that, we had a positive experience.

You won’t be disappointed, staying here! I needed a place to stay while I was visiting Stonybrook University. This place exceeded all my expectations. It was spotless, spacious, even I would say luxurious! The host was very accommodating. The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. it’s in a safe neighborhood close to the university, restaurants, pharmacy, and any other stores you might need. My three nights stay was quiet, relaxing. and I will be happy to use this place every time I visit the area!

Stayed here 2 nights while visiting friends nearby. All around excellent stay. Everything we needed for the 2 nights and nothing we didn't. My only suggestion would be to make sure That the shower curtains are Properly positioned Around the freestanding tub in order fully protect water from getting on the floor.

Exactly as advertised. Good location. Quiet. Suggestions to add to listing: Steep staircase at entrance/exit, older person may find difficult to manage. Better description of parking since there are two driveways. Add brighter lighting to entrance.Excellent pricing.

The host was very welcoming. The place was beautifully set up and easy to find. Any issues we saw was immediately addressed by the host. One draw back was the step leading up into the apartment. This should be updated with new paint.

Visit to former hometown

Everything was very clean and well appointed. I must admit that the first impression from the outside it did look somewhat unkept but the inside was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable Stay in Centereach

Great location for us to be at while visiting family in the area with a variety of options for dining or shopping within a 10 minute drive. Comfortable accomodations with spacious rooms that were all very well lit, nice touches like bottled water and sodas in the refrigerator, coffee maker with some coffee available, utensils, napkins, tissues, extra toiletries. Host was exceptionally responsive, even in immediately addressing an issue that could have impacted our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you happen to be in this area.
