Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very clean with nice furniture and amenities, especially like the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella in the fall . We have stayed at Beachcrest for many years and hope to do so for many more. The only problem we had was with the tv. We couldn’t figure out how to use it and an instruction booklet would be helpful. The property is convenient to many things and our grandson especially likes the donut shop!

Great Gulf View

If sitting on the balcony enjoying views of the gulf is a favorite part of your beach trip, you should check out this place. Everything was as advertised. Great location.

Beach Crest 902

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to stay at Beach Crest and we loved it. We loved how quiet the property was. The private beach was super nice. Our condo came with a beach setup but be forewarned, even the the signs/rules tell you not to claim your setup prior to 9am, the moment the chairs are set out, people claim them. This means getting out by 7am to get a front row setup. 902 was nice but the washing machine is extremely loud. The beds were super comfortable and overall we had no major issues with the condo.

The Perfect Birthday Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: recently had an amazing stay at Beachcrest Condo 902. The location was perfect and the condo itself was beautiful. The view of the ocean from the balcony in both the living room and master bedroom was breathtaking. The condo was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One reason that I have chosen to stay TWICE at Beachcrest 902 is the decor. The living room is decorated in cool blue and cream tones which blends seamlessly with the Gulf view and beach vibe. Also, this condo offers higher quality patio furniture than others in the complex. We love ordering a fresh steamed seafood meal from the local seafood market and eating on the balcony admiring the view at sunset. The rooms are decorated beautifully and not overcrowded with beach kitsh. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. One thing that was new with this trip was the hotel-style amenities provided in both of the bathrooms. My daughter raved about getting her own cute Birchbox-style set of toileteries. It's the little things like this that keeping me reserving with Benchmark and Beachcrest. The staff at Beachcrest in the summer of 2023 was the friendliest and most helpful in all my travels. Someone was always available to answer a question or offer a suggestion. One thing I would suggest is that a new coffee pot be purchased. I'm sure things wear out quickly in rentals and the coffee pot has seen better days. Also, I would like the water heater to be adjusted so the master bathroom offers a nice, hot shower. We enjoyed spending our days lounging on the beach and watching the sunset from the balcony. The beach chairs and umbrella are provided through the month of October, I believe. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this Gulf Coast beach condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week during July 4th holiday. The beach, weather and water were all perfect! The beach in front of Beach Crest condos was not overly crowded, even with it being a holiday week during peak summertime. We were able to be waterfront everyday. The condo also came with a beach setup (umbrella and 2 chairs), which was a very pleasant surprise! The condo is older, nothing fancy, but it was great for our family. The kitchen appliances are updated. They had everything we needed in the kitchen. Our only complaint is that the sliding shower door in the master bathroom is missing one of the doors. That missing door was replaced with a clear shower curtain, which made showering somewhat of a little mess each time because water would get on the floor. The rental company was great in checking in with us to see if there was anything we needed while we were there. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great location & beaches

My husband and I stayed at this condo for the first time. We loved the location & view of the ocean. Access to the beach was easy & they had beach service. The condo itself was very clean and nice. The only complaint we both had & the reason I rated a 4 star instead of a 5 star on overall rating was the sparse amount of toilet provided. There were only two rolls. Considering the cost we paid for staying the week, the management company should have left more. I am aware this something most rentals are pushing cost on the customers to buy. But when I rent from a hotel, I never have to go buy my own TP if I run out. It’s a small detail but one that makes it feel like they are really caring about the overall experience of their customers. Not being stingy. Other than that I would considering renting this condo again along with all the other choices available .

The condo did have a little bit of a smell maybe from something that was used to clean with? We did have an issue with a cleaning fee not being charged initially when I made the reservation and we were not told until right before the trip that a computer error was made, so we had to pay more money.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did enjoy our week except for the Red Tide experience. That was the worst I had ever seen in forty years! Being on the beach was impossible for at least two days of our stay. Our unit was nice,but not clean when we arrived. The microwave was dirty and stovetop not clean. The balcony was very slippery and we had to be careful not to fall! We did have someone from management come look and they blew off the deck. Also, inside the microwave Rob or Rod had put a posted note from Benchmark,so it had been inspected. Sally Penfield

Great Condo, Wish It Was Mine

This is a super condo. It is well appointed from the kitchen through the masterbedroom. Second bedroom is a little stark, but, no big deal b/c it was 2 twins for the young ones. What also was so impressive is that the staff, and particularly maintenance (Kendall, had to come up to perform some basic toiletry maintenance in the master) was so professional, warm and nice. He even helped my 9 year old son with fishing tips and provided some of his spare tackle/bait items. WOW!
