Gorgeous and newly updated, this main level of a duplex includes a garage, laundry room, a screened in lanai, large back porch/dock area and all the comforts of home. In a harbor off the Imperial river, you can fish, boat, kayak or jet ski to the Gulf of Mexico from your back yard.

Conveniently located in a safe private neighborhood, on a private street, you can walk or bike to most nearby amenities. Restaurants, shopping, wildlife, beaches.

This is our third January stay at Aloha Royal Palms! We enjoy the accommodations, the outside life, the location, and the attention that Jeff and Jess give to all details in an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

Close to the beach, and restaurants, yet still quiet to sit out on the back deck in the evenings.

Location was close to restaurants and beach but was quiet enough to relax in the afternoon. The house is located in a lovely area.

Nice condo with a good location

This was a very nice, clean 2-bedroom condo in a peaceful location next to a canal. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

This place was great very clean and had everything you could possibly need.Our grandson loved fishing there. The hosts were so welcoming. Will stay there again. A hidden gem.

Our stay at Jeff’s place was awesome. It had everything we needed (beach chairs, towels, blow dryer, washer dryer etc.) and we even got to see manatees and turtles from the river. Great trip, we will be back!

A nice experience

The owners of the property are nice people. Our stay in Bonita Springs was quite pleasant. We visited several places in nearby Naples (Botanical Garden, 
) and other towns. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Pretty waterway views

This house was perfect for our stay in Bonita. It was very clean, in a prime location on the waterway, well stocked with supplies and the hosts were so kind and helpful :) We would definitely stay here again.

Bonita Springs’ Best

My wife and I had a wonderful, monthlong experience staying at Jessica and Jeff’s home on Aloha Lane. The location is wonderful in a private area near the end of a road. The lower level of the duplex was equipped with every necessity and then some. Very clean with new appliances, flooring, etc. following recent renovation. We recommend this property very highly and will likely consider a return visit in the future.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Jeff and Jess! The property was beautiful, loved the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Basically a brand new place post-Ian. GREAT location. J&J were extremely hospitable - loved our stay :)

We very much enjoyed our stay!! The location is great, very quiet. Loved being on the canal. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the use of the bicycle. A short bike ride to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful

We loved our stay here. The house was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in! Neighborhood is quiet and restaurants and shops were a short drive away. The patio and the screened porch was so peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the owners was easy and fast. We would definitely book here again when returning to Bonita Springs.
