Cette propriété merveilleusement située est sur l'eau. Passerelle et sable à l'avant. Un patio pour le soleil et les repas. Idéal pour famille.
Natation en mer avec maître nageur devant. Jetée de pêche, magasins, restaurants, baie et location de bateaux et de vélos à quelques pâtés de maisons.

Ceci est un duplex. L'unité inférieure de 4 chambres est disponible toute l'année
Joliment meublé, entièrement équipé. Parking pour une voiture.
Nous pouvons accueillir 8 personnes. Cuisine entièrement préparée et quelques serviettes de plage, chaises et jouets de sable sur la propriété.
L'unité supérieure peut être occupée par des invités - vous pouvez en savoir plus sur l'unité supérieure (location de la maison complète au VRBO 16783 51Dreamy Ocean Views. Les clients peuvent ressentir la présence de locataires à l'étage avec une porte d'entrée extérieure et une passerelle. L'espace patio est réservé aux clients du rez-de-chaussée. La meilleure caractéristique est le patio face à la plage !!

2 chambres avec lits queen, 2 avec une paire de lits jumeaux chacune.

Un espace de stationnement derrière la maison est disponible pour les locataires. Sinon, le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit et les lots payants de la ville sont à 4 pâtés de maisons près du ferry pour l'île de Balboa, Fun Zone et la jetée de Balboa. À quelques pas des restaurants, des bateaux de pêche et du Catalina Cruiser. Ou, louez un vélo et pédalez jusqu'à l'île du Lido ou Huntington Beach le long de la promenade.
Pas de fêtards, non fumeur et désolé pas d'animaux. Nous avons des voisins de longue date et des invités à l'étage - donc nous demandons que les choses se dirigent vers une heure calme à 21h!

Family time
I’ve stayed here before in 2019 for my 30th birthday. When I saw this was available I canceled my hotel and booked this! It’s the perfect location! So cute & updated. Also right on the beach! Can you beat that? I will always rent this house! It’s my fav in Newport!

Perfect Property & Hostess w/the Mostest
I had an incredible stay at this beachfront property hosted by Ann. Her responsiveness to our needs ensured a comfortable experience. The beds were cozy, and the spacious layout provided ample room for our family of 6. The beachfront location was unbeatable, and the place was impeccably clean with all the essentials. The highlight (other than Ann) was the perfect patio furniture, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy the beach and people-watch. Ann's attention to detail and the property's fantastic features made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway, especially if you're heading to Disneyland!

Great stay!
What a great stay! The house fit our two families just perfect! Being on the bike path and watching the sun rise and set was great! We paddle boarded in the harbor, watched dolphins from the pier, and enjoyed a day at Catalina Island. The house was clean and bright. Great to BBQ in the evening with a cocktail and soak it all in. Hope to stay again soon! Ann was great and answered all of our questions right away. Thanks again!

We go back every year!
Love our stay at this beautiful, clean place on the boardwalk. The place is beautifully appointed. It is near the pier, fun zone, on the beach, swings and playground equipment, near the ferry. It is right in the heart of every thing. There are volleyball nets and fire rings that are in nearby eyesight. Communication with the owner is very easy and she is always ready to accomodate. There is a (small) walled-in patio with seating and umbrella coverings so you can sit outside and relax. There is a BBQ too. It was great that she had additional outdoor folding beach chairs (on the side of the house), that we could take down to the water's edge. (Next year we won't have to bring our own beach chairs that take up so much room in our car!) There were even sand toys, pails and toy shovels for the little ones on the side of the house.We were allowed one parking space, but our guests could find plenty of free parking on the street DURING the week. There is a washer and dryer (bring your own soap).

The location is terrific: Beach, Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, ferry access to Balboa island.
Our family had the best time. Such and easy move in. Rental is all ground level. Four bedrooms! Open living, dining, island and kitchen area is very roomy, and faces the beach. We so enjoyed our time relaxing and visiting on the front patio. Couldn’t find a can opener, but a quick walk to the corner pharmacy solved that. Gladly gifted the can opener to future guests. Enjoy! This property provides for a superior family retreat. We loved our stay from start to finish.

This home exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ann’s property and cannot wait to go back. the best part by far is the location. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of towels for our big group. It was perfect for our children who range in age from 1 - 5 years old.

The house was exactly as pictured in the listing. Bright and cheery. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped for cooking and entertaining. Beds were very comfy, sheets soft, pillows very good as well. Communication with Ann was A+. We would highly recommend this vacation home.

Great place!
We absolutely loved staying at Ann (and families) home. It was perfect for my family (2 adults, 2 kids - 5yo and 2yo), my parents, and my brother's family (2 adults, 1 kid - newborn). The location and view were amazing - waking up to the beautiful sunrise and watching the sunset from the house was breathtaking. We also really enjoyed riding bikes and walking the boardwalk mutliple times per day. The kiddos even enjoyed the beach for a few days (it was the off season) and we still had a few beautiful days so we were lucky! We had rented the lower unit which you could hear a few footsteps from the upper unit, but it wasn't a big deal and to be expected. I thought the beds were very comfortable and we slept great with the exception of the time change so we were always up early and went to bed early :) They also had a pack n play which I really appreciated it. Lastly I had contacted Ann once to let her know about an issue that we noticed and she was very responsive and had scheduled someone to come address the issue when we left. As we were checking out we saw Ann and talked with her about it and she was very nice. Overall we would stay here again! Great for families :)

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at Ann’s place. The sunsets from the patio were dreamy and everything was very clean. Ann was very responsive and answered all questions I had within five minutes. Plenty of beach toys, towels and she’s only 25 minutes from Disneyland which we traveled to two of the days we were there. Thanks for an awesome stay, Ann!

This is our favorite of all our vacation places!
It is close to our home, so family can join us easily. It is on Newport Beach's boardwalk. It is close to the pier, the playground, a volleyball court on the sand, fire rings on the beach, Balboa's fun zone, the ferry. (None of that causes any problems with it being too loud.) All are within 2- 10 minutes walking distance. On the other side of the boardwalk is a sandy little area that is perfect for our little ones to play in while we observe them from the house or patio. The home is beautifully appointed with every thing one needs. Nice bedding and everything looks fresh and clean. We used the BBQ on the patio and later that night, had a bonfire in the fire ring on the beach. Family and friends came down and later went home. It was great being able to just go in and go to bed instead of driving home. We absolutely love this place!
