Great stay for the night

Very clean, comfortable beds. Very accommodating for our group of 7 adults. Pool was refreshing after a 117 degree day. Would stay here again.

Loved the location. House is very spacious. Air conditioner was really loud and the temperature in different parts of the house varied quite a bit. Good value for the price.

This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The home had a beautiful layout and lots of light. It was a wonderful home for our bridal party bonding and prepping leading up to the wedding. We were very disappointed that the pool was unusable during the majority of our stay. We had activities planned using this feature of the property. The jacuzzi pictured in photos was also deflated and not available. The property owner stated that the pool had been cleaned Monday, before our arrival Wednesday, however, the condition of the pool made that seem unlikely.The owner was responsive and sent out a cleaner quickly, however, the condition of the pool was such that it remained out of balance and inaccessible for the majority of our stay. Our disappointment about the pool status overshadowed a stay in what was otherwise a clean, beautiful well laid out home with many lovely features.

I'll do this review in the Pros vs Cons format. Pros:1- The property is very nice. 2- The house is huge and has lots of space, indoors and outdoors. 3- Check in was a breeze.4- Lots of parking space5- Has 2 & 1/4 bath which is much needed6- The house was cleanCons:1- I'm combing the pool and jacuzzi into one. We couldn't use the jacuzzi because it was filled with algae and the filters were as well. The pool vacuum did not seem to be working. There was quite a bit of debris in the pool (leaves, hair, bugs). We were able to get the vacuum to work the day we checked in and the pool was in better shape the next day. (We did use the provided net and brush to help it along). The property owner states that pool maintenance people come out once a week. I'm not sure if that is true or not, it seems

A Great Place For A Group

Weekend stay to meet up with old friends. Very nice open layout with plenty of comfortable beds and full kitchen. Pool looked nice but we happened to hit a cold spell so we didn’t use it.

Relaxing, quiet, and comfortable

This property was great to facilitate a family get together of seven adults and two children. There were spacious common areas for us all together inside and out while having comfortable individual rooms to retreat to. And the pool was perfect.
