First floor contains 3 bedrooms (1bdr-king & twin, 2bdr-queen & twin, 3bdr-queen & twin), all with ceiling fans and a newly renovated main bathroom. Bsmt includes washer/dryer and recreation area. Amenities include: central A/C, 7 person Marquis hot tub, 3 block walk to deeded beach with a parking pass.

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful Hither Hills Vacation

Terrific house and location! House was extremely well-stocked and spacious Very comfortable, with all the amenities. Hither Hills is a beautiful area of Montauk with Magnificent ocean beaches.

The house was clean maintained well and such an ideal location. Walkable to the beach and town. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Week in Montauk

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Montauk. The house is extremely well located, only minutes walk to the beach and 15 or so to the town center. Paul's communcation was excellent, and everything was as per the property description. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying there.

Great week at the beach

We had a great time at the house. Paul was very helpful before and during our stay and answered any questions/requests very promptly. The house is just a short walk away from a beautiful beach, and had everything a family needs for a stay.

Great Stay

Paul’s house was great and perfect for a quick get away from the city with a group of friends! It had everything we needed and was so close to the beach which was fantastic. The beds are slightly uncomfortable, but, other than that, it was a perfect rental for what we needed!

Great Montauk House

We LOVED our ten day stay at Paul’s house. The house had tons of space, fully stocked and great location walking distance to the beach and short drive to everything in Montauk. Great home base to explore the town. From checkin to checkout, Paul was very quick in communication, gave great recommendations and any question/issue we had was quickly addressed. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Located in the family community of Hither Hills. House is 3 blocks from ocean & 3/4 mile before town. Deeded beach access with 1 parking pass. Central A/C. Open living area on second floor with living room, dining room, kitchen & bathroom. Newly renovated kitchen and main bathroom (1st fl). 12 ft wraparound deck for dining, sunning and entertaining, includes Weber Grill. 7 person jacuzzi and spacious outdoor shower. Shed houses 8 beach chairs and umbrella. 1st Floor contains 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans (Bdrm 1 - king & twin, Bdrm 2 - queen & twin, Bdrm 3 - queen & twin) and main bathroom. Bsmt, with a separate entrance in back of house, contains washer/dryer and recreation area. House built in 1998.
