Two-bedroom blufftop cottage with panoramic Long Island Sound views, a screened porch, and private beach access via stairs. One-month minimum. Ideal for extended North Shore stays near vineyards, farms, and state parks.



The Space:

The main level has an open living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted wood-plank ceilings. The kitchen has white cabinetry, tile backsplash, open wood shelving, stainless steel appliances, and pendant lighting. The living area has large windows with natural light throughout.



The screened porch seats five and functions as a second living room from spring through fall. A covered front porch with rocking chairs faces the yard.



The primary bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The full bathroom serves both rooms.



Outside, an elevated deck has dining seating and a gas grill. The yard has a hammock under mature trees with a path to the bluff. Private beach access is via stairs to the Long Island Sound shore. Beach chairs are provided.

Washer and dryer in unit. Air conditioning. Cedar shingle exterior.



Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Outdoor amenities, including patio furniture and grills, are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Contact us with questions about specific amenities during your stay dates.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays of 21 days or more, utility expenses, including electricity and gas/oil charges, will be calculated based on the actual duration of the guest's stay upon receipt of the utility bills from the Owner.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the North Fork. The home is easily accessible by car, with ferry and train service available via nearby towns.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.



Guest Insurance

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A property damage protection policy is included with the booking or otherwise a refundable security deposit will be collected. These do not cover trip cancellation due to illness or other personal reasons. Report any incidents to our team promptly.
