Ce paradis de 2 chambres plus mezzanine, unité de 3 salles de bain est à quelques pùtés de maisons de tous les restaurants, boutiques et tout ce que Main Street a à offrir. Vous pourrez skier dans le complexe et faire une petite promenade à la télécabine ou sauter dans la navette pour accéder aux pistes. Ce condo a des vues fantastiques et en raison de son emplacement exceptionnel, il est idéal pour tout type de vacances à Breckenridge! La chambre principale située à l'étage principal a un lit king size et une salle de bain privée. Il y a une salle de bain complÚte de l'entrée et du salon. Cette unité a une terrasse privée de la salle à manger et une cuisine complÚte. La deuxiÚme chambre est à l'étage avec un lit queen size et le loft a deux ensembles de lits superposés. Tous les divertissements dans la maison sont pris en charge avec l'unité étant équipée de 3 TV / DVD dans le condo. Pieds carrés 1329.

Splendid Stay

Great property in an even greater location. The open kitchen/living room is perfect for hanging out and the overall size of the apartment was bigger than expected. Very friendly staff at the check-in office. Wonderful experience.

Ski Vacation

Quick bus ride to Peak 7 or 8. Ski home in the evening down "4 O'clock to town". Accommodations were great.

Great location

Great place, although outdated was super cute and sleep all of us comfortably. The only thing I would change is it took us a little while to figure out the heat gauge. It was really hot when we got there and it took us a while to figure out how to turn it down. Loved how we could walk to Main Street and the gondola!

Amazing location

The location is unbeatable, laundry facilities right next to the appartment. The furniture is outdated. There was something wrong with the power switches and the heater controls, they would give shocks when touching them. As a suggestion, I would have pool towels for the jacuzzi and I would also have kitchen basics such as salt, pepper, napkins, etc.

Great location

This property is in a great area. Kitchen and bathrooms are somewhat updated. But the furniture is from another century. Needs a major makeover. As do the beds. They are either very cheap or very old. Either way, they are extremely uncomfortable. It also seems like the comforters haven’t been washed in some time. The check in process is very old school as well. Keys must be picked up and dropped off at an office on Main. The process is more complicated by the lack of downtown parking.

Perfect Location and lots of space

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the bus route for skiing and a quick walk back home from the end of the ski trail.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're looking for a place to sleep, this will suffice. If you're looking for a clean, well-stocked vrbo, I'd keep looking. Laundry is close, but outside of the unit and it costs over $3 to do a load of laundry and you have to pretty much double it because the washers are tiny. The garlic press was caked with dried garlic. We had to wash all of the dishes to get dried food off of them. Silverware and cups were just as bad. Beds were ok in the bedrooms, but the bunks were neglected both in mattresses and pillows. Shower heads are like fire hoses...don't get me wrong...great water pressure, but most of us prefer to keep our skin. Baseboard heating was either scorching or freezing. The good: location is great, size is good, elevator is close. If you're looking for a place to works. For the price, I can't recommend it.

Family vacation

Great location and staff was sympathetic to some minor issues with the property. We had a good stay. We could not find any ladders for the bunk beds and there was no hot pads for baking or a pizza cutter.

Great location and a large condo

Property was clean upon arrival and adequately large for a big family. Decor is dated, but overall, our stay was pleasant. The location is very convenient to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Loved the space and location. The process was very smooth, place was comfortable and they even had games on the shelves. Wish they had hand soap and bath soap, but was able to buy some.

Stay at 250 SkiHill in August 2020

Lovely space and lovely amenities. I was disappointed about the Parking situation. It would take very little effort to allow a second car to park on the premises. Alternative parking was very far away and poorly explained by manager. This resulted in a lot of frustration and unfair tickets due to poor communication. Also the TV did not work properly. The fireplace did not work at all.

Ski Hill Breckenridge condo

Great location, easy access to the heart of Breckenridge. Really large condo, lots of room for our small group. As is most places in Breckenridge, parking for 1 vehicle was very inconvenient. The restaurants and shops are trying very hard to get through this pandemic, everyone is friendly and appreciative. It is not crowded but still lively, everything seemed to close up early. City rules are close by 10, most places are empty by 9. Still enjoyed the trip the mountains are beautiful as always.
