Ultra Modern Condo located in the Heart of Yachats! Walk to everything!

Sunset Villa is a newly appointed, modern Condo located in the heart of the Yachats Village. Enjoy a birds eye view from our wall of windows in the living room and kitchen area. Pour a glass of wine, unwind and watch the sunsets. We have a fully furnished kitchen, newly appointed with all that you need for cooking gourmet meals. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to our balcony. A great place to reflect and people watch. Access to town is super easy, once you arrive you may park and walk to all of the local shops, restaurants and bars. Nearest beach access is just a 10 minute walk from the Condo. After a day of exploring, take a soak in the jett tub and then enjoy a good night rest in our comfortable queen size beds each with down comforters. You won't want to leave! Located directly below our condo is a lovely wine bar which has live music several days per week. Sorry pets are not allowed.

Convenient, lovely and clean condo. Very well appointed with everything for our stay. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is that the wine bar on the ground floor has a large noisy refrigerator that is directly below the main bedroom and we could hear it intermittently during the night. The noise sounded like the refrigerator might need repairs or replacement. If you’re not a light sleeper, it’s a relatively minir issue. Overall, the place was very comfortable.

Comfy and convenient

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook. The jacuzzi tub was a bonus and we appreciated thoughtful items such as toiletries, slippers, and kitchen essentials.

Just as described

This place was fabulous. Amenities, proximity to town, furnishings, layout and space was perfection. We felt so welcomed with the little touches left for us. The host was very responsive with a communication. It is a little hard to find the parking area when we first arrived but no issues overall whatsoever.

Convenient Modern Condo

This property is as presented online. This was our third stay at this property to visit family. It is located near the main road so there is some noise, but it gets quiet at night. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. There are residents above this unit. We will stay here again.

nice central Yachats location.

Two keys were provided.....only one worked. One of the smoke alarms began "chirping" at 4 AM........in the small bedroom....had to close the bedroom door and sleep on the living room couch. I replaced the battery next day by standing on a chair to reach the ceiling.

It was located in a walkable area to everything. Yachats is a beautiful little coastal community with very sweet locals. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for all the things to do in Yachats

This is a beautiful place and right in the center of town. You can see the ocean from the main windows and love the patio overlooking the town. Fully stocked with everything you would need.

Yachats gem

This was a great stay, and had all the amenities you need for staying in, or exploring nearby sights. Everything was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the nearby C&K Market for staples and restaurants. The condo is located on the main strip of Hwy 101 so it's not a quiet location, but traffic eases up late night and the condo is well insulated against the noise. It is walking distance to everything Yachats has to offer, or a short drive to Cape Perpetua, or Waldport, or sights beyond. We really enjoyed our time here in Yachats.

Excellent location

The place was a little hard to find, my GPS was pointing the right way but I didn't believe it because it was a dirt road. My family and I are older and wished there was a regular short table so we could sit with feet on ground. I had trouble with the key lock box but that’s an old lady thing too I think. Convenient location, nice view.

Modern Convenience

This is our second stay at this property which is very close to family. We chose this property last year because it appeared more modern than other options. The property is just above the main highway, but the road noise is muted a bit with the dual pane windows. There is a residence above, but not much noise. We will stay here again.

Comfortable condo close to everything

On a cool, wet windy day we got to Yachats early and Nikki and Ashley made sure we could get in a little early to dry off. The condo is super comfortable and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. The jetted tub was a great spot to warm up in after the cold weather. It was great to walk to the wetlands that you can see from the windows and beyond to the 804 pathway. Also great to be able to walk to the market and dinner.

We had a wonderful experience and fully expected that a day or two of our stay would be indoors due to the holiday and possible storm events, so we came prepared to enjoy time indoors in addition to exploring the beaches and trails. However, we discovered that connectivity was an issue in winter, especially for Verizon customers. Not the property's fault as even stores were having to bypass their online systems to check items, so come prepared with a book instead of a kindle, for example... Scrabble instead of the NYT games online, etc. It was the rural, rugged coast in winter, so this is not a complaint. We had a great time!
