The host was accessible and easy to communicate with. The house was as advertised and very updated and clean when we arrived. The pool was great and it was an easy walk to the beach.

This was our third time coming back to this beach house. The new remodel is awesome. I am assuming this was done after the hurricane last year. All new layout, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture beds etc....all looks like new. We got to experience the backyard just after the backyard tree was removed, and now there is full sun in back yard. We choose this location because it is in the far north area near the north beach and a short walk to bean point and the western beach. We took our golf cart to the west beach but realized it was just faster and more convenient to walk and not have to worry about finding parking. The far north location makes it very quiet, while being close enough to walk to Waterfront grill and stores and the trolley that connects to the southern part of island. . We will definitely be coming back again for the fourth year in a row a row.

Location of this property was nice and convenient, about 1-2 blocks from beach access near Bean Point. I felt the property needed a good deep clean. The vents were caked with dust, baseboards were dirty, black sandy material on the mattress in one of the bedrooms and all the comforters were stained or dirty. Overall, we did enjoy the property and location but felt there was room for improvement. A wagon and a beach umbrella would have been a nice touch because it was difficult to haul all the things to the beach without it. Just bring a big beach bag and you should be good. Plenty of beach chairs, snorkel equipment and sand toys for the kids.

Honest review: House was immaculately clean. Nicely updated. There is a tree above the pool so the pool constantly had leaves. No biggie, kids still had fun. Kitchen sink no hot water. Showers only Luke warm. No tvs in the bedrooms even though we were told there were. House was walking distance to bean point. However, it’s on the side of the island close to the bay. Technically yes it’s a “beach” but signs everywhere saying caution swimming. The other side of the island is where you want to be. White sand, nice water etc. We were very disappointed that we had to drive to a beach after planning to be “2 minute walk to beach”.

Great layout and location. Wasn't happy with the kitchen accessories no muffin pans, no mixer, the plastic cooking utensils were terrible to use and plastic should not be used any longer due to health warnings. We had to clean the pool and porch area with nothing but a cheap broomd daily.The artificial grass was horrible around the porch area tripped over the bunches of artificial turf. The truf seemed to hold water and was a mosquito attraction along with the piled up sandy nasty used half blown up floats and broken toys and beach chairs. The beach umbrella had no lower half to stand up would not have used it anyway. All these things should be thrown away including the broken down washer! Trying to use the laundry room was full of mosquitoes came home with lots of bites on my legs and arms. The pool was not heated only a luke warm hot tub. The pool did not have a vacuum and the pool guy came twice but only cleaned the leaves once in our 8 day stay. We had to try manually to remove the leaves daily in order to utilize the pool. I recommend an auto vacc and a small blower for the pool area and if you're worried about about someone stealing them, charge them for it. There was no cleaning equipment for the floors in the home beside the same broom we had to use outside. The lighting in the home was either very bright interrogation lights or very dim lighting. Beds were ok except the very back room toward the kitchen please...... Replace! We are locals but we'll not return.

Great location just an easy five minute walk to beautiful beach at the tip of the island. Pool was a welcome relief in afternoon when the beach got to hot as the tree in backyard provided shade while in or around the pool. Home was spacious and kitchen well stocked and the big dining table was nice for breakfast. Beds were fine and bedrooms have plenty of under bed storage. Drive to get coffee short and plenty of dining options within easy reach. Definitely will return.

Beautiful property, amazing location. You cannot beat being 150 yards from the beach. The house appears to be recently remodeled. It has everything you need for a great time at the beach.

My family loved everything about this house! It’s much bigger inside than you would think. Very spacious and clean. I accidentally left my work cell phone there when I checked out so I reached out to the owner. He went above and beyond to help get it shipped back to me. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Great Location - Great House

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The house was in a great, quiet location. The size of the house was much bigger than we had anticipated. The interior was essentially new construction with new appliances. Wonderful pool and hot tub with LOTS of outdoor space including a TV under the patio. One great bonus was having beach chairs, an umbrella, and numerous toys and floats that we didn’t have to worry about traveling with. Will definitely be back

Fabulous location!

Our family had a wonderful time here for spring break. The pool was especially nice because the wading area was perfect for our 2 year old to play with water toys. And we had a very short walk to the beach at Bean Point, which was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We rented an electric golf cart, which was easily charged at the outdoor outlet. Also, we appreciated the pack and play, the beach wagon, beach chairs, and pool toys. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay!

Great house. All brand new house. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Best part was the outside! Fenced in backyard. Pool was warm and hot tub was great! Lots of beach toys and chairs. Great communication with the host. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Family Trip

We needed a one leave home and this place fit the ticket. It accommodate our elderly parents, from the open concept, easy entry and bathroom. The location was really nice to go to the beach, shopping and out to eat. Thank you for the stay.

WONDERFUL!!

Amazing time. Wonderful set up, CLEAN, GREAT pool and hot tub. Great host to communicate with as well. 3 min walk to the beach. Sand toys plenty of pool towels and linens. Very accommodating, would recommend anyone to stay here!

We love the peaceful setting on the north tip of Anna Maria Island. It feels like Key West in the 1960's. Walking distance to everything!

We wanted a place across the street from the beach. We found this house and fell in love with the potential. We remodeled it and put in the heated pool! The pool has a large spa and a water sun deck!
