Entire 1920 Victorian house, approx. 2 min walk to beach & sleeps 10 guests. Weekly SAT - SAT rentals. This renovated, 3 floor property has full kitchen, big living room, 5 cozy bedrooms, TV room & 3 bathrooms, 10 beach passes, OFF St. PARKING, linens, towels PROVIDED. Sit on wrap around porch, take short walk to boardwalk & restaurants. Smart locks, WIFI, TV, beach toys, 3 beach bikes, wagon, BBQ, washer/dryer & AC included. *Min. rental age is 25. Separate LEASE, ID & DEPOSIT required.

This 1920 Victorian is original to the town, but Superstorm Sandy gave it a good wallop. The 2020 renovations have brought back the charm and shore coziness of the home but expanded the living space to accommodate larger families during their adventure at the Jersey Shore.

This three-story house features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, allowing the property to accommodate up to ten people comfortably.

The house is conveniently located a block away from the beach and the midway point of the Jenkinson’s boardwalk. It’s a quick 2-minute walk down the street to be in the thick of excitement. The center of town is only 6 blocks away, with its quaint diners and antique shops as well as a train station. The house is accessible by train from Philadelphia and NYC as well as route 35 and the Garden State Parkway.

The house features a covered, wrap-around porch with generous seating for savoring quiet moments with family or for use as extended play space for young children. You can see the boardwalk from the front porch or gaze out from the side porch to Little Silver Lake.

Interior renovations have delivered a large, open concept living space and kitchen area for sharing meals and fun times with friends and family. The first level also features a large back bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. This level can easily accommodate elder relatives, so that they are not taxed with navigating the original staircases of the home. The second floor features three bedrooms with
closets, a full bathroom with a tub a sitting room and a linen closet. The third floor loft area is accessible through the sitting room. This unique area features a TV, a queen bed and a private bathroom, which is great for additional guests, couples, or privacy-demanding teens.

The home is featured on a large corner lot easily accessible from two streets. There is a generous grassy back portion of the yard as well as brick paver area featuring a gazebo, 2 picnic tables, outdoor lounge chair seating and a BBQ grill. The private driveway features off-street parking that can accommodate 4 medium-sized cars or 2 larger SUVs. (Please do not park on the sidewalk or on the grass.) Street parking passes are also available, if needed.

The house rental comes with 8 beach passes, 3 beach bikes, bike helmets, 4 off-street parking spaces, all linens, fully outfitted kitchen, serving sets and dishes for 10, beach towels, a beach wagon, beach shower, linens, a rolling cooler, paper products, blankets, sheets and pillows. Just bring your family, bathing suits and food.

Restaurants are a quick walk away, and the inlet offering water sports and boat tours is located 4 blocks away. Walk everywhere or use our beach bikes to wheel around town. Smart locks allow entry without pesky keys to lose in the sand on the beach. Quick, safe check-in and out.

*All guests will need to disclose names and addresses to host, which will be submitted to town prior to their stay as required by local ordinance.

* Property manager may access outside space during your stay to water bushes, mow lawn, update propane tank, or access storage garage at back of property. Tenants will receive a courtesy text prior to service visit.

Guests will have access to the whole house, front and back porches, side yard, backyard, and 3 assigned off-street spots on the driveway. ***Guests DO NOT have access to the storage garage at the back of the property or the left side of the driveway. This left side parking spot and garage is at the back of the property and it is accessed by our property manager daily, during the mid-morning hours.

You have the entire house to yourself. Check in and out is through smart locks. I communicate quickly with guests via text & phone.

My local property manager is available to resolve any immediate concerns or issues with the physical unit if needed.
The property manger cuts the lawn weekly, usually on Thursday mornings.

Classic beach town with active boardwalk and family attractions. Water sports and boat tours available at the inlet a few blocks away. Movies on the beach and fireworks weekly during the summer!

The town is walkable or you could use the beach bikes provided.

This property is set up for family vacations not for parties. It is at the beginning of a quiet street with full-time residents. The town also enforces a 9pm noise ordinance and will ticket people who violate the ordinance. We want everyone to have a good time and be respectful of our neighbors. Guests who violate the noice ordinance, cause issues with the neighbors, guests that are violent, if the police are called to address guest behavior, or if occupancy is exceeded, then your reservation will be immediately terminated, without refund. You will also be requested to leave the property immediately. * If you do not comply with the direction to vacate the property in this situation, then you will be removed by the police for trespass.

PRIMARY RENTER: Must be minimum 25 years of age, a part of your group. Guest will need to complete a short-term lease, provide valid ID & Refundable damage deposit (via resolution center) in addition to platform booking. (No renting specifically for unqualified, younger guest groups.)

MAXIMUM GUESTS: The fire code restrictions the maximum number of guests, including children, allowed in residence to 10. All guests names and permanent addresses must be declared to the Host as per local ordinance and submitted to the town prior to your arrival.
*Improper disclosure of guests in your group or refusing to provide guest group information, as per the local ordinance, will result in cancellation of your reservation.

- NO LARGE GROUPS / NO PARTIES: Undeclared guests, not on the reservation, are not allowed to stay overnight. All overnight guests need to be a part of your original reservation and declared to the host for security purposes. There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately.

- REPORT YOUR CONCERNS: If you have any concerns with your unit, you should let us know ASAP. We reserve the ‘right to enter’ the unit to correct or repair any highlighted issues after your notification.
- NOISE ORDINANCE: No loud noise between 9pm - 8am as per our local noise ordinance. The police will issue tickets for noise violations to the guests AND the property owner, which will result in termination of your reservation.
- TERMINATION OF RESERVATION: If your group breaks our House Rules, holds a party, disrupts the neighbors, becomes violent, if you exceed stated occupancy, or if your group’s behavior results in a police visit, then your reservation will be immediately terminated, without a refund, and you will be expected to leave the property immediately. (If you do not comply with the request to leave, then you will be removed by the police for trespassing.)
- BE COURTEOUS: All guests should be respectful of each other during your stay and always be kind to our close neighbors. Please be aware of your noise levels after 9pm.
- NO FIREWORKS: No use or storage of fireworks on property.
- PARKING: House comes with 3 parking spots (that fits 3 average sized cars or 2 SUVs) on the right side of the driveway located at the back of the property (off Boston Ave). Do not park in the reserved side on the left of the driveway, on the sidewalk or block the driveway from the street. All Overnight Street Parking Passes need to
be returned to the pocket of the House Manual. (The replacement cost for unreturned parking passes upon check-out is $150, as we need them immediately for the next guest stay.)
- BEACH BADGES: This rental comes with 10 beach badges. Beach badges need to be left in the house at check-out on the hook in the front closet. Guest(s) shall be responsible for replacing lost/unreturned badges at $130 per badge.
- CHILD SAFETY: If you need a crib or high chair for infants please bring one. We do not have those at the property. We do provide outlet covers, child safety window locks, baby gate for the staircase and a first aid kit.
- TRASH REMOVAL: Please put the trash out weekly. Cans go down to curb Sunday and Thursday nick for pick-up the next morning. Recycles go out on Tuesday night for Wednesday pick-up.

Great place to stay!

This was a terrific place to stay in Point Pleasant! The beach passes made it easy to spend time at the beach, and it was a short walk there and to the boardwalk. There were so many more things available for us to use than we expected based on other rental houses we’ve stayed at: there were coffee pods for the k-cup machine, soaps & shampoos, beach toys, sheets & towels, including beach towels, etc. There are a lot of bedrooms, the house is nice and well kept up. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The house was great with lots of amenities like beach and parking passes. We really did not have to bring much to the house and we would have had all we would need for the week. The location was near both beach and boardwalk. Ut it felt really private and away from the action when needed. Highly recommend to all.

Our week at Robin’s “Big House” was perfect! Definitely a ten out of ten. We found Robin’s home pristine - clean and fresh. Communication with Robin and Leonardo from booking to waving goodbye was informative and caring. Their home is, as indicated, full stocked from the kitchen right out to the shed with all of the beach supplies. Our family loved the fact that we were able to use all of the home’s beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrella and beach toys.The front porch rocking chairs and table and chairs were a delight for morning breakfast and coffee. We gathered for family dinner in the spacious backyard around the huge picnic table. Beach passes, parking passes, coupons for Boardwalk fun all are included and truly an added treat. Driveway parking allows for several cars. I can highly recommend this home with no reservations that you will have a memorable week with hosts that check in and are available if you need anything at all.

Thoughtful Accommodations

All aspects of our stay at this property in Point Pleasant were superlative. Communication with the owner was clear, prompt, and specific. It was evident that much thought went into providing amenities at the house to make our vacation enjoyable and stress free--from the beach equipment and beach tags provided to the toiletries included. The house itself is spacious. The Air conditioning is extremely effective. The front porch, the patio and outdoor seating area under the gazebo, as well as the lawn, provide excellent areas for relaxation, meals, family gatherings and games. The one-block proximity to the beach makes access to the ocean and boardwalk so convenient. We applaud the owner for taking such care to ensure that vacations here are memorable.

I love the shore and grew up spending summers on the beach at Point Pleasant Beach. It was our dream to someday own a home in Point, where we can share the summer fun with our family, friends and guests.

When we purchased this property it was a "Ghost House" from Super Storm Sandy and it was left vacant for many years. The home was in an awesome location and just needed to be brought back to all its glory, with a few modern touches. So our guests will experience posh, renovated spaces and relaxing vistas from the new wrap-around porch. They can also be in the center of the action on the beach, boardwalk or at a restaurant in under a two minute walk!

Our home features over 40 amenities and is one of the very few seasonal rentals in town that supply linens and paper products with your rental. We strive to deliver a 5 star experience and therefore also provide 8 beach tags, beach gear, a wagon and beach bikes for your convenience. The only thing you need to bring is food and the family!

***We clean our home with hospital grade cleaners and finish by electro-static spraying the high touch surfaces and interior areas with EPA approved Vital Oxide, which kills a variety of germs including MRSA, H1N1, etc.
