The home shares a beautifully redone Kitchen on the middle level of the home where there is seating at the bar and also seating at a table. Bedroom 1 has a full size bed, a spacious closet, a dresser, a office work desk and chair- this bedroom shares a bathroom located in the hallway space. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed with its own allocated bathroom, with a shower stall and a single sink. A paved driveway for parking or you can park on street. Home has central air conditioning, solar power and on demand hot water from a tankless water heater. The owner a local Realtor lives onsite but is often traveling (please reach out directly for dates). Every room in the house has its own television and is equipped you tube tv... 2 ride share bikes are included for use to check out the bike trail or head to local bars and restaurants! Huge washer and dryer can be used for no additional charge. Hardwood flooring throughout home and carpet in the bedroom. The garage does have an EV charger and can be used if the owner isn't using. Transportation from airport can be arranged for a fee and with notice to owner.
