Happy Place is a Newly Remodeled Second Floor Condo, Near the Community Pool, Hot Tub, Grill area, and Marina, Pet Friendly

Book your next stay at this newly remodeled second-floor condo near the shared pool and hot tub area. The living area comprises a beautiful new reclining sofa with a matching loveseat. Perfect for napping, or watching the new 65" TV. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for 6 to enjoy freshly cooked meals or a friendly game of cards and an additional two barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of granite counter space for prepping, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for your culinary needs. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the ocean breeze.
The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Twin bed, Twin over Full bunk bed, closet, and TV. The hallway bathroom is comprised of a granite vanity and a tub/shower. Relax in the spacious master bedroom (BR2) outfitted with a king-size bed, TV, nightstand, closet, and corner chair for curling up and reading a book. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk chair. The ensuite bathroom holds a tub/shower, separate from the vanity area. Neatly tucked away at the end of the hallway is the full-size washer and dryer, which is also accessible from the master bedroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Perfect place

All five of the adults who stayed here were blown away by the place. It’s recent updates, insanely comfy couch, and the layout making it very spacious we’re all noticed and appreciated. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This property was everything and more our family needed for our weekend getaway. The property was extremely clean and all amenities we needed were provided. The beds were extremely comfortable and the living room was perfect for resting and enjoying family movie night.

Easy and clean

The property was worth the money great location for entering and leaving the island close to everything but a bit of a drive to the beach but that’s ok very close to the pool too which was also very clean.

Check-in was super easy. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and dare I say fancy. The pool and hot tub on-site were nice too! Family friendly! We would absolutely stay here again 😁
